I received a rewards coupon for a free cheese pizza because I have ordered a lot of pizza from the facility. I used it and paid an up charge to make it pepperoni. So the fourth time in a row they sent me a cheese pizza. When I asked for a refund, they offered me the two dollars just for the pepperoni and would not replace my rewards for a free pizza because they said I got a cheese pizza. I did not order a cheese pizza and I told them I don’t want anything else because I made other arrangements. I was again told I was given a cheese pizza and $2.00 refund. If this is how you do business, I won’t be coming back.

I was so excited to order pizza from this place for my family because we had it at my school and it was so good! I ordered 1 large cheese, 1 large pepperoni, and a garlic bread. My order was to be delivered at 7:01 (70 minutes after I submitted my order). At 7:16 I called the restaurant. He interrupted me, asked for my address and said it was 5-10 minutes away, and then hung up on me before I could say anything. 15 minutes later, my order was delivered (30 minutes late). Ok… no big deal… the pizzas were so sloppy. Cheese was drooping to one side. The “garlic bread” was a flat pizza crust with some garlic powder sprinkled on it. It was not good. Honestly, the pizza was tough to get through. It was not good either. So disappointing because I want to support local small businesses but the person who answered the phone was rude, the food was late, and it did not taste good.

Is this place under new management? The pizza used to be great. High quality delicious ingredients, which is why I didn’t mind the price. I just got a couple of cheese pizzas because they had a buy 1 get 1 free deal, and it feels like a completely different restaurant. The dough is so tough and chewy, the cheese looks, smells, and tastes fake and cheap. What happened?

This place has the same owners for years. Dirty store, garage quality so called food. “Under new management” every couple of years. How has the health department not shut down these people permanently? Better off with a frozen Red Baron pizza and eating it frozen out of the box. Kept giving them the benefit of the doubt with, under new management, but no more. Run don’t walk from their flyers.

I’ve eaten great pizza in NYC, Chicago, etc. and I honestly believe their Italian Supreme pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had. And the quality is very consistent. Italian Crust is near our office and we’ve used them to feed groups here and everyone has enjoyed their food.

Got stuck in Dallas due to weather delays (who hasn’t) and saw a menu for this place in our hotel lobby. Alwaya like to try and support local businesses, so we gave them a shot. We ordered two sandwiches (The Pizza and The Meatball) and were very happy with them. As always, YMMV, but we loved the sandwiches and felt like we got a lot of sandwich for the price.

I like to support my home town restaurants. I read the reviews and it sounded good. The place was empty at 5pm. Ordered a plain cheese large, a supreme large, and pepperoni rolls. Got home and realized I had been overcharged based on menu prices. The supreme was pretty good but undercooked and doughy. Cheese pizza was poor. Sauce lacked flavor. My daughter said it was like cafeteria style pizza. Pepperoni rolls doughy but sauce with them was better. I am disappointed overall for money spent. Unfortunately will probably not be back.

Very clean store and very nice staff. We got there and there was no line and only one other couple in the store. We ordered and they got two things wrong on the order and my wife and mother did not enjoy meal. The head guy came over and if we wanted to redo the food and my wife said no. The pepperoni bites where fantastic. They were bread rolls stuffed with pepperoni and cheese. Very hot and the bread had alot of flavor. They had cheese bread sticks had alot of cheese and bread. I had shrimp alfredo. The alfredo sauce was very good. Nice a think with flavor but it did not blend well with the noodles and shrimp. Tasted very fast foodish. Mother in law loved the meat balls. They gave alot of food and salads with each meal. Would not go back but was not to bad.
