I always enjoy coming to Italia Pizza Café for their quality, handcrafted pizzas. The team here consistently delivers incredible flavor and top-tier ingredients, and one thing I really appreciate is that they’re willing to make special-request pizzas that aren’t even on the menu — and they always execute them perfectly.
My go-to creation is my Alfredo pizza. I honestly wish they would add it to their menu because it’s that good. I usually order it as a 16-inch pizza with Alfredo sauce, cheese, bacon, garlic, onions, and grilled chicken. Every single time, it comes out absolutely flavorful and cooked to perfection. I’m willing to bet that if they added this to the menu, people in the Southaven area would jump on it immediately — it’s that good.
I highly recommend Italia Pizza Café. In my opinion, they’re the best Italian spot in the North Mississippi area. The flavor, the quality, and the care they put into everything they make truly set them apart. If you’re looking for great pizza made with high-quality ingredients, this is the place to go!

I picked up an order from here recently, and I was honestly disappointed with how it was handled. I saw an employee touch the pizza with her bare hands and then leave the food sitting out in the cold. I politely asked if she could bag it, but she continued cashing out other customers instead. As someone responsible for delivering the order, that made me uncomfortable because I care about the quality of food customers receive. I think management should address food handling and packaging procedures to make sure orders are handled properly. She stated they do not wear gloves.

Let me tell you about this place!!! If you want great food, cooked with fresh ingredients, come pay these guys a visit. I had a small white pizza and the flavors were awesome!!! Presentation was perfect, very attentive staff, and plenty of space for bigger crowds. This is a Valdi approved spot!!! So if you find yourself in Memphis you need to visit this spot, right across the Memphis/Mississippi boarder!!! These guys will not disappoint.
Came for dinner 3/20, sat at the bar since all these games drew me to sit there. The bar is super spacious to accommodate many plates… I ordered white medium pie with pepperoni, baked ziti with meat sauce along with garlic bread, with a blue moon and to-go a piece of cheesecake that looks scrumptious! I’ll update you on the flavor! Food was fantastic and delicious.
Tonight I met the owner Jose, my guy with me in the pic. You have a wonderful place and an honor to have met you! Keep grinding!!!! God bless you all.

We were greeted with a smile and a great attitude as we entered 5 minutes before the kitchen closed. The food was good and the service was really good. We will visit again in the near future. My husband had the barbecue chicken pizza, and he liked it.

Every detail about this place was outstanding. Our waiter, Blaze, gave us excellent suggestions: we tried the Pinnelli pasta, lasagna, garlic knots, veggie pizza, Caesar salad, and tiramisu. Only got a few pictures…the food was so good. Delicious food, excellent service, great atmosphere. I only wish we lived closer so we could eat here regularly. We will return the next time we are in the area.

I kept calling changing my order but they were very nice about it. I had the lasagna & meatballs which I absolutely loved & best I ever tasted it. The cheese curds & dipping sauce was on point. The fettuccine was good. The calzone was cheesy and soft. Everything was a hit and very fresh. I paid $49 for everything. I highly recommend this place and will be back for more of that lasagna
