Italia Express Pizza is definitely one of those hidden gems! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Their pizza is absolutely delicious — perfectly baked with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. You can really taste the quality in every bite.
Not only is the food great, but the prices are very reasonable too. You get restaurant-quality meals without breaking the bank. Whether it’s pizza, pasta, or any of their other menu items, everything is consistently good.

It would have been a better experience if the girl behind the register decided not to sit down and hang out in the dining area and actively talk bad about the customers. When I needed service and went up to the register, she looked at me, while in uniform, grabbed a sprite for a friend and sat back down, then waited for the one employee behind the counter who was cleaning to stop and serve me. The counter girl was upset that we were even there to eat. Bad service.

This place use to have good customer service. Until I went again and the girl at the counter has a nasty attitude. Looks at you ugly never smiles and doesn’t say thank you or nothing. She even threw my money at me. Never going back again. I was disappointed with the food as well it is food literally reheated I could’ve gone somewhere else but it’s whatever at least I know not to go back.

It’s just emblematic, Italia Express is a must if you love pizza, since I was a child I’ve been coming to this place just for the stuffed pizza.
The staff, like always, are very kind, respectful, they can serve you in both spanish and english if you like, the food quality is great, my favourites are the stuffed and sausage & pepperoni pizza, I’ve also tried the Calzone and lasagna, both of them tasty.

Well I ordered the special 2 slices of pizza and a drink. All I can say is the bread is very dry not moist and the toppings were ok its just very hard to swallow not much of a taste so the looks are deceiving price range a bit high but if the pizza had more flavor to the bread it be good. Yesterday we bought four slices of pizza, while eating the crust on one of them my boyfriend felt something hard. After getting the piece out of his mouth he noticed it was a piece of nail! he immediately spit everything out and we couldn’t call since they were closing when we left. Today we called and talked to Daniel the manager, he claimed he couldn’t give me a refund and did not believe my story since he is the one who prepares the dough. I would not be making this up for $20. Ridiculous.

The New York Sub is delicious. The bread is just like the Cuban bread, in the style of French bread, that I had with family in Miami. A little crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I highly recommend a try.
