This place is a really good option to choose if you are in the mood to treat yourself to the best cappuccinos, macchiato, and best coffee in town, also their pastries are really good, and the place is quite expensive, but you are paying for quality, you are not walking into the famous Seattle rip-off coffee franchise, that more than real coffee, it is a desert. At Eataly, you can choose from Coffee, Gelato, pastries, snacks, fine wines, a good pasta restaurant, an excellent steakhouse, cheeses, and so much more.
The only thing I have to mention is that there are always a few employees who are probably stressed out and their attitude toward the customer is not appropriate, I understand what it feels like working hard, and I know that customer service is a difficult job, but we all have to do it professionally and friendly, This is the USA, not Germany or England, Russia or Hungary, where people is most of the time rude. This is a country that is on its way to being great again, smile for that. Be happy.

I tried the salad for The first time at this restaurant, and oh my God, the older woman in the back that makes the salad is outstanding. By far was the best chicken vegetable salad I have had in a long while. The pizza I understand is good as well, but I believe people are sleeping on their salads. Well worth the money outstanding.!!!

We went to have pasta for lunch, four of us. As we were entering the door, a group with a woman approached at the same time. Two of us went in first, and the rest, like gentlemen, let the lady and the other men go ahead. Inside, the first of us started ordering. When it was my turn, I wanted to say something, but the cashier interrupted me and demanded that I stand behind the group we had let in at the door. And everything would have been fine, but both the cashier and that group were of the same ethnicity. I don’t know if the word racism applies here, I’m not obsessed with that. But it was so unpleasant that I didn’t order anything and, leaving my friends, went to have lunch at a neighboring establishment. I didn’t make a scene, I simply didn’t spend my money there. I voted with my wallet!

They let a woman change her child on a table in the middle of dinner service, right next to people eating / us waiting for our food. Got up and asked for a box to just take the food home.
We also let the gentleman on the register know that she was doing that, and he did not care what so ever. Unhygienic. Will not be returning.

Right in the middle of Allen outlet mall, it makes a great place to get a quick bite between shopping.
The pizzas and other menu items are baked fresh and continuously. So the service is super quick as the items are served right away/ with a quick reheating.
At $5/ slice it may seem a bit expensive for the set up, but the pizza itself tastes really good as did the veg Stromboli!!

Being a pizza snob, oddly enough, I find the pizza here quite good. I would not go out of my way to eat here, but when I’m at the outlets I always find time. Slices are large and the Stromboli is delicious. The indoor dining is a bit lacking, but it’s nice to sit outside and watch the shoppers
