Such a fantastic food truck! I ordered the chicken with fried rice and an order the spring rolls. Everything was so fresh and full of flavor. The fried rice was the best I have ever had. I can wait to go back.

Our new go to spot. I always order the special which is shrimp, chicken and steak (I like mine cooked medium rare) , with fried rice . It is SO YUMMY . I love this yum sauce on top of it . Great service , quick and fresh. I highly recommend this place for a yummy hibachi style , to go place . We love hibachi , but those places are so packed , so this is a great alternative if you really want the good food .

They were busy but still got the food out quickly. They even bring the food out to your car.
As far the food, it was solid. Compared to what’s in the area it’s the best around! My only little critique is that the chicken and steak need more flavor… more uumaaaaami! The yum sauce was unique with a bit more tangy flavor. The fried rice is top notch. It’s a nice change of pace from our typical chain food or Mexican/BBQ!

Wow! This place did not disappoint! It is really hard to find good Asian food in Converse/Schertz/Cibolo area. The food was so flavorful and toddler approved which says a lot. We got shrimp fried rice, hibachi shrimp and hibachi steak. Will definitely be back!

I got the hibachi chicken and my husband the hibachi salmon along with spring rolls. The food was amazing. I shared with my toddler and he chowed down. Good amount of food for the price. Hope they do well and stick around!

To say non-food chain options in the Schertz/cibolo area are limited is a major understatement. I ran across this place after hearing great reviews from coworkers and neighbors and omg it was delicious. Im addicted to the steak and shrimp combo. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted great despite the 15 minute drive back home. That fried rice is to die for. This place isn’t just good for a food truck, I’d put this place up against any hibachi restaurant in the San Antonio and new braunfels area.

Amazing customer service, and the food??? FRESH, FLAVORFUL,HOT all my faves. I got the teriyaki shrimp and steak with fried rice and veggies and I was VERY satisfied. He told us “see you next week” lol and you definitely will!!
