We love this place. İt is kids friendly, people are nice and the food is amazing. It is the best Turkish Restaurant in Atlanta so far. I highly reccomend Adana kebap, lahmacun and liver. They are extremely delicious and always perfectly cooked. We keep coming back everytime we crave for authentic flavors. İt is a must try restaurant!

Finally, a true to its roots Turkish restaurant in ATL. Opened mid-2025, Istanbul Restaurant Atlanta is one of the best showings of Turkish cuisine in the ATL for our taste buds. The tell tale sign of a good Turkish restaurant is their İskender. And they have a very good product. In addition we recommend lahmacun (make sure you eat it the right way: squeeze lemon, put tomatoes and parsley, and roll it like a cigar), and manti (Turkish dumplings with garlic yoghurt and dried mint). Nice decor and hard working Turkish chefs in the kitchen, makes Istanbul Restaurant Atlanta a must try for those interested in experiencing Turkish cousine as true to its origins as one can get in ATL. Areas that they can do better: a Turkish beer like Efes in their menu, some Turkish music, and expanding menu to mangal (grill) based foods like İnegöl köfte and grilled fish. Overall we think they are on a fantastic path and we will routinely be bringing our friends here.

I highly recommend Lahmacun and Adana, however pide was not great. Definitely tasty but I was expecting a more traditional taste. Baklava was okay, could be better. Besides that, very happy with the experience.

Very high quality Turkish food. We had the Adana kabab, Ezme, Istanbul pide (trio pide sampler), a perfect cup of Turkish coffee, and even took a doner to go.
Friendly and helpful staff, absolutely recommend and will be back soon!

Heard friends recommend this restaurant and glad we tried it too! Plentiful and easy parking. Immediate seating and very prompt service. The food was delicious, warm and large portions. Seating had booths and tables available and was very comfortable. Pretty quiet in the restaurant and very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to going back and trying other items.

It was my first time at this restaurant.
I recommend the Adana Kebab (Turkish spiced, minced meat on a skewer), Lahmacun (Turkish Meat Pie/Pizza) and the Cheese Pide (Turkish Cheese Pizza).
Lahmacun and Pides are made from scratch daily with fresh dough and ingredients.
The restaurant is clean and tastefully decorated.
Highly recommended.

Dropped in here to grab a bite and leftovers to go for tomorrow’s lunch and WOW, everything was so flavorful and service outstanding!
They had several large parties and birthday celebrations going on and still made me feel welcome and included!
Parties even donated exquisite Turkish Bakery cakes to other patrons including me!
Such a great vibe here and Ayten and Ismail make you feel like family!
Will definitely be back and often!!!

Beautiful place, delicious plentiful dishes.
Lentil soup was vegan friendly and I ordered the beet arugula salad w/o the feta cheese. The salad was absolutely amazing and the soup was perfect with the squirt of lemon they served for it. I was actually full on a soup and salad. The pita was vegan friendly also.
