Both my sister and I have ordered here before and enjoyed the food! I wasn’t feeling very hungry tonight when she wanted to order from here and saw that there were chicken nuggets to snack on and finding out they were dinosaur shaped made my night. LOL. Obviously, meant for kids, but it was a fun surprise.

Love, love, love this restaurant. There’s nothing it doesn’t hit the point on. I don’t order Thai food anywhere else after having this place’s food. The peanut sauce on the Pad Thai is the best I’ve ever had. The braised lamb is perfectly seasoned with vegetable broth that makes every bite worth it. Along with any soup you could want that would scratch that itch you have for soup. Everything is delicious and everyone that serves is fast and friendly. Never a bad experience and my go-to Thai food experience. 10/10

Mom and pop business. You walked in and the first thing you see was the wedding photo of the owners, which was sweet. We came in on busy Valentine’s Day and the male owner has to take care of two restaurant floors plus takeouts. We did a bit of self serve; no big deal as we appreciate the hard working for the family. I ordered Tom Yum Soup Noodle and it has the taste of home cooking. We also have Roasted Duck Curry and Pad Kee Mao. All were decent. We each have received a small fried banana roll with strawberries as freebie dessert. Anyone looking for a taste of mom’s cooking should give this place a try.

I enjoyed the Chicken Thai Fried Rice with Crab Rangoon lunch special. It is the perfect amount of food and was cooked and served super quickly.
The inside has been refreshed since its past iteration, and the service and food are both to be recommended!
If you are getting hangry in the middle of the day in Richmond Beach, I recommend Issaya for the fastest food service I’ve experienced in a while!

I’ve been here three times, ordered something different each time, and the food has always been wonderful! Aside from the food, Chan is so very kind, and helpful and I’m greeted with a smile with every interaction. They have seating inside but also an outside upstairs sunroom and patio that’s open Friday—Sunday that is beautiful with gorgeous live plants everywhere inside. It truly is a lovely space to be in. So grateful for this gem of a place!!!

Very nice venue. They also have a second floor balcony I believe? Seems like an amazing place to take a group of friends for drinks and appetizers.
The dumpling sauce was FIRE. Duck soup was delicious and tender, Yakisoba was flavorful and had a really nice comfort food feel.

We’ve been coming here for a long time (since back when it was Full Moon Thai) and it’s only gotten better over the years. Each ownership change has improved the food and the atmosphere.
The dishes are always solid, the vibe is relaxed, and it’s one of those places you can count on for an amazing Tom Yum soup or a Thai tea without fighting the crowds in busier areas.
Another big plus: there’s almost always free parking. That alone makes it an easy weeknight favorite. Issaya is one of those standbys we keep returning to.
