I come back here from time to time and usually get the same things when I do which is the black tonkatsu ramen and takoyaki . I made sure to order extra egg and pork belly. The soup is always rich in flavor and so is the takoyaki. Just make sure to check how much food you get cause it can get pricey. Overall always a great experience.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent pickup order from ISO ISO on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. I have been a regular customer for some time and have consistently had positive experiences, which is why I felt it was important to share this feedback. My order consisted of one ISO ISO Ramen with extra pork chashu and an extra egg. Upon returning home, I discovered that the bowl was missing the ground beef, which is the standard base protein included with this dish. I contacted the restaurant shortly before closing to report the issue. I was offered an apology and the option to return to the restaurant to pick up the missing item. Due to distance and timing, this was not a practical solution. I indicated that a partial refund would be an acceptable resolution given that the remainder of the order was correct. A $4 credit was offered, which appeared to treat the ground beef as an optional add-on rather than a core component of the meal. This did not feel proportionate to the issue. Additionally, this was a pickup order for which I tipped $5, trusting that the order was complete. This is the first time I have experienced an issue of this nature at this location. While the food quality remains strong, the resolution process did not align with expectations for customer service. I am sharing this feedback as constructive input and with the hope that it can be used to improve order accuracy and customer resolution practices moving forward.

The food was just okay. I was expecting more of an experience but it simply was underwhelming. I’ve definitely had better ramen. I had the iso ramen with tofu and removed the ground meat ( obviously) they brought my soup with the meat in it anyway. Smh The restaurant is set up for you to pay for your food on the kiosk where you will be placing your order before you get it whether you’re dining in or carrying out. (I absolutely dislike this) I immediately informed the staff my order was wrong and was told to pay for another bowl because they couldn’t remake the original order without payment. I obliged because I was already there and hungry plus I had already received the tempura I ordered
( which was good and why I’ve given two stars) the matcha tea wasn’t good at all. Overall my experience was not good enough for me to recommend this restaurant to anyone or return.

My first visit was great! Hubby and I ate at 2pm on a Wednesday. Walk right up to the kiosk to order. Kiosk photos and descriptions were helpful. Hubby asked the counter staff for assistance in choosing his ramen bowl. His was the Iso Iso Ramem and a little spicy and delicious. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen which was smooth while lots of flavor. The pork belly was cooked firm and reminded me of bacon. YUM! The inside is a bit more upscale than the norm strip-mall. Today’s lunch time was great, but I can see us returning for dinner.

I love how the atmosphere of iso iso ramen. Great service and the food is great. Drinks are always so good, and my favorite is the mango milk tea! I’ve tried their matcha strawberry milk foam which is also the bomb! High recommend trying if you’re in the area. Wish they were in my hometown!!

We wanted to give this place a try and figured father’s day was as good a day as any. The atmosphere was good, you order at kiosks which was pretty easy. Everything has pictures. We got the Karaage chicken and Takoyaki for appetizers. The chicken was good. The Takoyaki was okay. We had never had it before so it might be us, not the food. My wife had the Tonkatsu ramen and I had the Iso Iso ramen. Both were well prepared, but, we felt that the portions were small for the price. While we may try it again, it is not at the top of our list, with so many other ramen shops in town.

Iso Iso Ramen offers amazing food and great service. You can order on the kiosk and sit anywhere you like. They have a great selection of milk teas and drinks. Compared to other milk tea places drinks where the teas taste somewhat artificial or super sugary, Iso Iso’s taste real. My favorite is the mango milk tea. Theirs is the best I’ve ever tried and it has real mango pieces in it – a perfect blend of mango and milk, and I like how they make them all the same so you don’t have to decide on a sugar level.
Their chasu buns are also the bomb. The order comes with 2 and is the perfect lunch size. The sauces make it 10 times better. 10/10 recommend trying this place if you’re in the area.

Been a while since I felt compelled to write a review after one vIsit.
This has the making of a great spot.
The place used to be a Mama Fu’s location and they kept the existing floor plan with some upgrades. It feels more open, look much cleaner and love the fact that they made it brighter inside. They kept the outdoor dining area as well.
The setup for ordering is similar, you walk in, make your order and then find a table…except the order is made thru the kiosk and then you get a number after paying, which can be done thru your phone or thru the cashier.
I’m not a fan but I don’t dislike either.
The food order came out very quickly, almost too quick (you know what I mean?) but after tasting it…that concern went away :
The Isolso Ramen hit the spot!!!
I’m a huge fan of Karai Ramen and this bowl is a clone.
Don’t know who came up w the recipe first though.
The spicy & creamy chicken broth was nicely done…love the depth and the heat level. About the same HEAT level as Sriracha sauce. The spicy ground beef was as if the dood from Karai made it.
The ramen noodles were tender but not mushy. Not exactly al dente but whatever. I was loving it and it was making me hum:)
love everything about this bowl of goodness!
I did add an extra egg ($2) to my bowl.
Staff was great! Friendly and very helpful.
I will be back for sure!

First experience was very good! Price a touch higher but there was good quality and service. Nicely located with nice patio for when it gets cooler again. Atmosphere is very appealing and all personnel were very kind. Loved the touches of decor and the server robot was very cool! My ramen bowl was extremely tasty and the fried Gyoza dumplings were wonderful. Wife loved the rice bowl and can’t wait to try something else.

We finally got to try this fairly new ramen restaurant. When we got there we were instructed to place our order on a kiosk at the front counter. It was actually a very easy & pleasant ordering process with helpful pics of all of their food. Pictured below are appetizers Karaage chicken (very good) & Takoyaki (would not get again) and also Tonkatsu Ramen (good) and Iso Iso Ramen (very good). The food came out very quickly.
