Early lunch. Nachos, huge portion. Service was slow to start but was then completely fine. Coffee was a bit weak for my taste.

I really like this place! The burgers are really delicious and made just right. The fries taste great too. The staff is very polite and attentive. The prices are just right for the quality of food. The environment is nice and the restaurant is tidy and clean. I definitely will love to come back on my next visit!

Impromptu stop at The Islands… turned out to be a great find! We hit that sweet spot between lunch and dinner and it was pleasantly not crowded.
Burgers were FANTASTIC! Big, Juicy, flavorful, and hit the spot.
Service was fast and very friendly – made us feel welcome right away.
Loved the relaxed island theme and atmosphere. Perfect for kicking back.
The only real downside was the drink prices – they were very high, which felt a bit out of sync with the otherwise casual vibe.
Looking forward to our next visit.

food is good but the issue was paying 15.00 for an order of chicken fingers – no fries!? I know food costs are high but you need to make the meal with more value. For all that wanted higher minimum wage this high – we are paying the price – you as well. Other chains have better deals – they find a way to deal with the food costs so should you Islands! We will go to those other chains

Everything was excellent here Even when busy, It was easy to get ahold of a server.
I had the Malibu burger. I highly recommend to the temporal Green Beans and they are better than the type they have at The Habit.

Despite the restaurant being jam packed, I was seated promptly by the very kind hostess and immediately had a server at the table. Very impressive. I wish I got his name because he was awesome. Very attentive to my food allergies, made sure several times that I was satisfied, and was extremely friendly and upbeat.
The side Caesar salad was good, but quite basic and definitely not worth the almost 10 dollars charged. The fries were very good as restaurant French fries go. They actually tasted homemade. The frier definitely could have used fresh oil though.
The burger was bomb. I got the Kilauea burger and it was cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of heat, not as spicy as the menu made me think it might be. It was very large and filling.
The dining room has a nice theme to it and was clean. Parking was tight.

I just wanted to give a shout out to this Islands location. I went in for dinner tonight and I was starving. We were seated promptly and our server attended to us quickly. When the meal came, there was an issue with my burger. I notified the waiter and without hesitation took my burger and said she’d make it right. The woman who brought out my new burger was very apologetic about the mishap, and even gave me extra fries. I’m sorry I never got your name, but THANK YOU! The service was truly amazing and I look forward to stopping in at Islands when I’m back in the area again!

Of the worst meals ever! We used to love Islands, but hadn’t been to one in years. This one sucks. Fries not cooked. Sent them back while we were waiting for the Chicken sandwich they were supposed to be served with. The same fries came back, warmer, but still not cooked correctly. Eventually the Chicken sandwich came out; “The kitchen got backed up a little.” The chicken was so overcooked, couldn’t cut it with a knife. The worst fish tacos I have ever had, bar none! The worst. Waitress came over with the credit card machine before I was finished and unhesitatingly presented it to me and started removing the plates. I was not surprised that no pleasantries were exchanged, she was probably so embarassed that she couldn’t even say, “Thank you.” much less ask how we liked everything, ever. Like her manager, she should probably find another line of work. If you go to @LeggoLand, don’t eat here!
