If you are looking for a stress-free spot for a family celebration, Islands at La Cumbre Plaza is a top-tier choice. We recently visited (in November) to celebrate a birthday during Happy Hour, and the experience was seamless from start to finish.
Atmosphere & Patio
One of the best perks of this location is the pet-friendly patio. We brought our furry friend along, and the outdoor seating was comfortable and welcoming. Plus, unlike many spots in Santa Barbara, there is plenty of parking available, which makes arriving with a group and a pet completely hassle-free.
The Drinks & Starters
We kicked things off with a round of drinks—the Mai Tais and Margaritas were refreshing and hit the spot perfectly for a festive afternoon. For appetizers, we shared:
Slammers: These mini burgers are always a crowd-pleaser and great for sharing.
Guacamole & Artichoke Dip: Served with crisp chips, these were the perfect salty accompaniment to our cocktails.
The Main Course
The food was consistent and delicious across the board. Our table ordered:
