We stopped here for dinner our first time in the city. I really enjoyed the food. Especially happy happy hour the drink were delicious. The food is amazing I will be returning the next time I’m in town
I had a couple beers and was never pushed to buy more food, since I just had food at home.
Overall great place to come and hang out!
Thank you Island! You are corporate but still local bar vibe!
The meals cost around $15-20 each, fairly average for the current area.
The atmosphere was nice with occasional Christmas and classic rock BGM. The restaurant is arranged so it’s not very noisy and conversation is at a comfortable volume.
The food was great as always. Had to get my usual, a Malibu burger with Bacon and Cheddar fries.
Stopped in for lunch today. We sat at a high top in the bar area. Dillon was our amazing server and was professional, kind and knowledgeable. We started with drinks and the nachos. Very good . I had a chicken bowl and my wife had a chicken salad.
The food was good and service great.
Highly recommended

We stopped in today Islands at Foothill Ranch for lunch and decided to sit at the bar Hightower. We started with Mai Tai drinks. Zoey was our server/bartender and was friendly and efficient. My wife had the chicken nachos and I had the Toucan chicken sandwich. Everything was perfect and hit the spot. The ambiance was positive and uplifting. Highly recommended.
When I first went inside, the atmosphere looked like a Tiki Lounge with bamboo and island decor. It was pretty cool. The host (I didn’t catch her name) helped me with my pick-up order quickly snd friendly.
I’d say the salsa was really good with the chips and the guacamole had a nice taste to it that wasn’t too overbearing for me. (Im still new to the ‘guac game’ and am slowly acquiring its taste) so this was a great treat for me.
I’d definitely try Island Restaurants’ entrees and desserts in a sit-down setting the next time around.
The front hostess was attentive, and professional. Our waiter Justin was great. He was quick, helpful, friendly, and accurate with our orders.
The restaurant looked clean, well organized, cool surfer Hawaiian theme decorations. Atmosphere is very welcoming and cool.
Our food was really good, tasty, fries were nice and crunchy. But, I am definitely not a big fan of their ranch dipping sauce. The waiter said that it is made in-house. But I just didn’t like it much, mostly the texture of it, it was runny like if it was watered down (This is NOT the case though). My wife liked it, it was just me.
Overall… definitely a good place to eat. Also, check out their happy hour!
