Islands is a fun place to go. We went for a birthday, simple just Family we were seated in a rounded booth. It was fine. They have a light lamp that hung low I didn’t care for.. so low our poor waiter was having trouble handing over our drinks.. otherwise our waiter was tentative, food was good had a grilled chicken sandwich and cheese fries. Nice location located right on Hwy 111 in Palm Desert.

Feels so much like you are in the islands when there, so cool. Great food tastes and portions size in Palm Desert compared to some other cities. Fun with the waves on the TV and surfing or sports that are on. Frequent pretty often and happy hour is great too.

The food is always good at Islands. The burgers are the best of any mid-priced burger restaurant bar none. Our Palm Desert location is cozy and has a great vibe. The employees are friendly and professional. The drink selections are amazing.

I haven’t been to Islands in literally 25 years, and it is even better than I remember. Angie was a delight and pleasure to have as my waitress, and the food was spectacular. I particularly enjoyed the Islands brand Mango IPA in my beer flight, which has finally turned me on to trying them. Thank you for a splendid celebration lunch.

We recently visited Islands in Palm Desert, a spot we frequent quite often, this time for a promotion supporting a local charity club. As always, we thoroughly enjoyed the burgers and salads, which are consistently tasty. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and we never have to wait long for a table. It’s a reliable go-to spot for a great meal and a good cause. We always enjoy our visits to Islands and look forward to the next one!

Went here with my girl for a quick bite. Turns out we showed up just on time for happy hour. We got 2 dishes both half off. We also got the brownie with ice cream dessert which you can not go wrong with. I unfortunately forgot the waitresses name but she was great

Had an amazing experience at Island Restaurant in Palm Desert this past weekend! The food was absolutely delicious and came out fast, which we really appreciated. Jackie provided excellent customer service—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She truly made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was good, burgers are good sizes and fries are really good.
Waitress was eh, sometimes super on it, sometimes nowhere to be seen like my dad who walked out on me.
Bathroom had no paper towels, but stalls were clean, unlike my dad who- well that didn’t make sense.
