It was my first time visiting this location, and the food was surprisingly good. The service was also very good. The atmosphere was a little dated but reminded me of old times in Jamaica. Overall, it was a great experience. I think I just found my go-to spot when I’m in Orlando. I will be back for more.

Seems like the people thats been coming to this location for years are being served poorly.
I came there and ask for fish and what not I was told it was cook to order and it will be 25 minutes so I left and came back and ask for the fish and I was served dry fish lacking taste and everything that I were served seem as if it was sitting in the back. In fact they took less than 5 minutes and brought me this plate. For $30 they should not be in business providing service like this that fish was dryer than jerkey and the peppers we’re sour nothing like Escovitch Fish
to me that fish is small for it being dry it lack meat and could barely be eaten as is

Local Jamaican food plentiful food. Service is non-existent frills – order and you get what you wanted.

I went in on a Wednesday evening To order me a chicken beef fatty she said there’s none right now but I have a few coming out in a few minutes. I said OK cool can I pay? She said sure so I went next-door. Got me a haircut after the haircut. I went next-door to pick up my chicken beef patty after I got in the car. I took a bite and it was a veggie patty. I went back inside I said hey I ordered a chicken patty. The lady behind the counter that told me that veggie patty is good for you. I know it is good for me, but that’s not what I ordered. I walked out with a veggie patty after placing a custom order, I would never buy from them. Again

I have Supported this business since 2016. I think the food is absolutely amazing. However, the customer service is horrible. It has never gotten better over the years and unfortunately worse! It breaks my little appetite heart that I will no longer support this business. I wish I remembered or knew the ladies name, but she has the awful lace front wigs, she’s just absolutely horrible. Absolutely no customer service skills doesn’t greet. People doesn’t speak to people and then had the nerve to catch an attitude when I made a comment about being skipped. It’s pretty sad and unfortunate. I have recommended this place to multiple coworkers over the years clients and friends who have all given the same feedback that the food is good, but they will not return because the service is horrific!!!!

My GOD, where do I start?! I hope this was just an off day for this establishment. I was unpleasantly greeted with a “what for you?” Not a hello how can I help you, a “what for you?!”
The young lady working the register have the weight of the world on her shoulders and I pray she gets peace so she is not so unpleasant to patrons.
As for the oxtails, smh so much fat and so little flavor. I really wanted to enjoy this meal but it was not prepared with love and you can taste that.
