Island style jerk restaurant serve some of the best Jamaican dishes In Uniodale and the entire Long Island. The food is delicious, the porridge are so delicious , the cornmeal is my favorite. I recently bought the honey glaze salmon with rice and peas, fry plantain and mix vegetables. It was very delicious and the food portion was very satisfying. I recommend this restaurant to anyone wish to enjoy authentic Jamaican cuisine. The owner Duncan and his entire staff are very friendly and courteous.

This is one of the few places close to me that sells some of the best Jamaican food. The taste is in every bite and the service was excellent. We try the oxtail with rice and peas, we tried the jerk chicken with rice and peas, we tried the beef patty, we tried the mac & cheese and the cabbage vegetables, all of it was delicious. The only down part is that they do not have tables to sit 🙁

I love this place it is pricey that’s why I only gave 4 stars. I got salmon and white rice and it was $19 it looked like a plate for a child. I didn’t expect to spend that much on a slither of salmon and 2 spoon full of rice. Other than that I do recommend this place it is one of the best Jamaican restaurants I’ve been to in a while on Long Island

Might be the Best jerk chicken I’ve had that wasn’t in the carribean . Beef patty was soft & full of flavor . Cashier was very friendly & quick . Parking can be a lil tricky as it’s a busy road. Great place , will be coming back!
