The service was good the store was clean but what I don’t like is the fact their white meat jerk chicken is literally nasty . It’s a punch of slice taste like frozen chicken breast that you get from the market for salad just added sauce the rice was good and the broccoli was very soggy in some grey juice $34 on a complete trash

The food here is always good. I usually order the brown stew chicken or the curry chicken, and they never disappoint. I also really love the lemonade.
Unfortunately, the customer service is consistently poor. Today I walked in and was literally the only customer. An employee was sweeping by the door and didn’t acknowledge me at all. When I got to the counter, I said hello to the cashier and she just stared at me. After I said hello again, she responded with “you said hello,” but still didn’t offer a greeting. I gave my name, and she continued her phone conversation while handing me my food.
This isn’t my first bad customer service experience here. I worked in retail for over 20 years, and I know that simple pleasantries and basic acknowledgment go a long way. The food keeps me coming back, but the service really needs improvement.

I usually have good experiences with the porridge here. But the consistency of quality porridge is too inconsistent. When its thick (preferably) its heaven sent! But too often now it’s watery and soupy and not enjoyable. When I receive it that way, i feel cheated out my hard earned money. Where is quality control? Very clean environment housed with a staff that works in unison. The ladies are Customer service friendly & a great team work make the dream work going on. Try for yourself and keep in mind that this is not a fast food joint. Remember your being served home cooked meals so patience is a must as some dishes are prepared when you order especially the Seafood dishes Patties such as beef , salt fish, Callaloo , Chick Peas are very delicious aw homemade juices tasty the service is absolutely wonderful. Check it out as your opinion and tastebuds works better for you.
