Honestly, I feel like this place could be better under different circumstances. We tried the vegan noodles at Mopop because there weren’t many other places with vegan options. The noodles were fine, but the sauce left a film in our mouths & the veggies were raw- not to mention the carrots were full baby carrots… not cut or sliced in any way. I get that they were busy and probably short on supplies, so I gave 2 stars instead of the 1 star experience we had.

I had the noodles with the teriyaki chicken today at the Porter County Fair. I honestly have to say that they were the tastiest and best noodles I’ve ever had! The teriyaki chicken was super tender and so full of flavor! I just googled the closest location to me and I’m sad to find out that there isn’t a local place in NW Indiana. A food truck in NW Indiana would probably do great! I know I’d be a food truck customer!
