Great small place best for take out. There are tables to sit but I wouldn’t recommend it as it can be very warm inside when it’s hot out. I had jerk and stew chicken meals the food is always seasoned well and comes with rice and peas and cabbage which is also good. I have been here numerous times over the years and they have ran out of what I want, I wanted Mac and cheese yesterday but they didn’t have any left. The male owner is always very friendly and personable. Great flavors used to marinate the chicken and it’s never over cooked but cooked just right. If you want some real seasoned jerk chicken this is the place to go.

Had to stop by for authentic Caribbean taste. Decided to go with the jerk ribs today since the jerk chicken was all sold out already. Yeah, the food is that good. How many Caribbean spots you know sell out of jerk on a Tuesday. Yeah, it’s like that. So get over to Island Treats and try some of this fire food. They have something for everyone…. oxtails, curry goat, stew chicken, and more just to name a few items that are available. See y’all there.

The food is good BUT!! If you don’t want some dry rice and want some gravy on your rice please let them know ahead of time and check your plate before you go. I Purchase food from here 2 different times and ask the lady if she put gravy on my meal, she said yes and she was lying. I got home And had some dry rice no gravy, just a little bit of gravy with the meat but dry dry rice no gravy on the rice, after she said yes that she put gravy on my rice. I don’t like the lies, and I don’t like dry rice. Needless to say I will not be returning. Advise, check your food to make sure it’s how you want it and you don’t end up throwing your food away.

I enjoyed my dinner tonight! If you have ever been to Jamaica before you will definitely appreciate this place. This is how the food is supposed to taste. I have yet to be disappointed. Yeah they close early so come on time or confirm their hours before you go. Ask what they’re serving for that day before you order because they might not always have everything but who cares just ask. The people here are really nice.
