This is my second time here, and both times staff were super friendly, food came out quick, and was really good. Small area with a few tables to eat inside, but still enjoyable. Definitely a go to spot with a wide variety on their menu. Will be coming back soon!

I spent the afternoon next door at Oddity Tattoo with my sister who was getting a tattoo, and needed a celiac safe meal. I walked in and asked if they could accommodate my needs, and the lovely lady at the register was very confident that they could. She was very knowledgeable about what was safe to eat and what isn’t. They have a shared fryer- so no chips or anything fried, but most taco options are gluten free. They make blue corn tortillas in house. I’m embarrassed that I don’t remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she was amazing. I got the hangover taco and the birria. The birria taco was phenomenal. I inhaled the tacos before thinking to take a picture. But I hope to go back.

Food was terrible and pricey $6 for 1 taco no thanks nothing authentic about this place, orderd a burrito and chips and cheese spent almost $23. Took more then 30min for those 2 items place wasn’t even busy. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommended if your looking for authentic Mexican food. Place is also very small.

Kids and I visiting from the Midwest, but I also lived in Arizona 25 years. So I know authentic Mexican food, and this place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! They nailed it! The carne asada was the most tender we have ever had, fish tacos on blue corn tortillas, so delicious. Definitely recommend and will be back next time we are in Sarasota! Thanks!

This little hole in the wall is delicious, everything is really fresh and so many varieties to try. My opinion of the taco shell is that it could be a tad bit softer the outside is a little too hard but honestly everything was really fresh and very flavorful!!! The elote was great I can tell they put a little chipotle in the sauce and they did not gip on toppings. We had a few different tacos Birria was awesome, the Florida mad was good but I couldn’t taste the dill and it was only a tiny piece of gator, so there’s some minor things but for the most part this place is janky lol I dig it and I can’t wait to come back and try more good stuff!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. This place is a keeper. Small place so seating is limited. Reviewed simple menu and ordered at the counter. Ordered the chips and queso, AL Pastor burrito bowl, and a quesadilla to share (couple pieces missing before I could take pic). First the burrito bowl – fresh ingredients, meat and rice were moist, and beans made for a tasty meal. I’ve had many a meal where the meat was dry and the rice tasteless but this was not the case here. The chips were warm and well salted. The creamy queso was light and tasty. The chicken quesadilla had ample cheese and chicken on a freshly made tortilla. Excellent all the way round. Several others got a variety of tacos and enjoyed each one. Will definitely be back.

10/10 all around. From great service to quality of food. I asked the owner Rob to surprise me with 4 different tacos, and he delivered. Much much better than what I expected. Big tacos and big flavor. Nice little bar to sit at and devour. This place is a must try and I will be returning, very soon!

Always a delicious experience. Lamb taco or burrito are both amazing. Make sure to order lamb confit to dip your lamb taco. Al pastor is sooooo good. The pineapple is juicy and sweet. Blackened fish is light tasty and satisfying. The best part is the blue mesa house made tortillas!

Tacos was kinda pricey and wasn’t that big. Came during a rush and tacos seemed a little hard around the edges. The picante was very hot but didn’t linger. Consume was very good. Birria tacos was pretty damn good as well. Came late in the day so didn’t get the pastor fresh off the trompo. Place is kinda small out door area available. Was pretty good Deff not disappointed but still don’t know if this is a go to, not trying the other places in the area.I gave it four stars because it’s a three star place but since they do things somewhat traditional makes that even better. Top it off, I didn’t even they had elotes.
