I was shopping at Safeway and noticed the new business and decided to go check out the menu. After taking a look, decided to order the combo without the sides and make it carb free. The serving size was big enough for two people. It was tasty, I will be back to try the katsu, mochiko chicken and fish next time. I love spam musubi, too. The best spam so far is at Colors of Hawaii in Everett.
The cashier was very nice, he let me have a complimentary bottle of unsweetened tea as a new customer.
The order didn’t take too long of a wait. I could t wait to get home to eat it.

Came here for lunch after driving by this place multiple times. I’ve been looking for a good Hawaiian place because the others I’ve tried just weren’t very good or had small portions. This place really packs the food enough for two meals! That is what I was looking for! Got the bbq mix combo with white rice and macaroni salad. The plate was delicious! Especially with the katsu sauce they have. They also had a free fountain drink with purchase as well! The food took a bit to come out which is great because you can hear the grill in the kitchen. Definitely will be back to try other combos!

Very disappointed. I hate to leave a bad review but this was very hard choice to make. Considering I love my food very tastefully and well seasoned. Apparently this did not exceed my expectations and bummed out, I respect everyone that took their time to prepare this meal and I’m grateful for it. Portion sizes, perfect..but flavor wise was very bland and not well balanced. Family of 6, so we ordered, chef’s special (Spam, eggs and rice) spam not cooked all the way, it was literally straight out of a can and to the grill for 5 seconds and straight into platting, Mac salad very watery, bbq chicken was same, grilled for what looks like less then 30 seconds. Still looks like it was straight of the marinade sauce. Then the one thing we love the most is the Musubis, musubi was very dry, not enough sauce spam was thin and uncooked as well and it was more rice then anything. It’s gotta be balanced. Only thing we did like was the katsu, well breaded not dry and it was well seasoned and not dried. Other than that, I hope they can turn it around and put a little more love into it. I hope they can turn it around and make some changes and balance it out with a little more seasoning and cook it well. Mahalos

The restaurant was 4 days old when I am writing this review. Food is good, simple but done well. All the fried stuff are crispy light, and not oily. BBQ pork and ribs are sweet and juicy same as the grilled chicken.
Service is great. There was only 1 person on register, but she’s really attentive.

Crazy value?! Family of 5 ate three times off the “small” family platter. Would’ve been $70 + tax, but we added some fish and shrimp. Food is definitely above average. Free dessert and free sodas a nice touch. I felt like I rewinded to 1995.

I hate to leave a bad review but wow! This is the worst Hawaiian restaurant I have ever been to. No flavor. The Mac salad was a joke. The mochiko chicken was so fatty and soggy. The bbq short ribs were extremely fatty as well and had 0 flavor. Felt like I was chewing foreverrrrr. The cream cheese wontons tasted so fake, WAY too fishy. I rather eat em at Panda Express. Im very shocked and can’t believe it to be honest especially reading all these good reviews. Hopefully it was just a bad day! I’m going to spend the rest of the night in the bathroom.

You HAVE to go to this Hawaiian BBQ spot!!! I could not believe this please is being so slept on. Every bite had me and my boyfriend shocked. This quality of Hawaiian food is hard to come by here. Please try the beef and seafood combo, you won’t regret it. So perfectly umami and delicious.
Also, I can’t stress enough this was the most welcoming and accommodating service I’ve received in so long. Could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Had a Great experience here tonight on 2/9. Ordered 4 entrees, and two appetizers around 8:20p. Showed up and the man at the counter was so kind, gave me 5 free drinks, a free order of sesame balls and was just truly amazing. Food was delicious, big portions, reasonably priced, and flavorful!
