I would love to give this a 5 star. This restaurant once upon a time had great food and service. Anniversary dinner – this was chosen because they advertised King Crab. Place order and 10 minutes later the waiter comes out to tell us there is no King Crab … Even though it is advertised on the sign outside of restutans on the large TV screen in the restaurant. Well that was a bummer but I did find other food on the menu to order. Our salad came out, I was just about to take a bit and my husband stopped me. There was rotten lettuce thought the salad. My husband flagged down the server. As usual the servers seemed very put out and didn’t even offer an apology. He headed back to get us new salads. We will not be eating here again.

This is my 3rd stay at the Little Rock Casino Resort where this restaurant is located. The area is very rural so there’s no other restaurant within 7 miles. This is the first breakfast restaurant I’ve ever eaten where they don’t have oatmeal on the menu. The chef doesn’t know how to make a decent vegetable omelette he doesn’t even mix the vegetables with the egg he just folds the egg around them. You would think knowing they’re the only breakfast place around they would have a better munu.

We checked out the island grille restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast food was okay. Service was mediocre. No drink refills. Pricing was normal. Ketchup comes in individual cups which is nice during the pandemic.

Convenient little restaurant in the casino. The hostess and waitress were very nice and attentive. The food came up fast, and was okay. Not awesome, and not bad. Reasonably priced.

Some very, very good food. Fresh, hot. The establishment was so clean. I felt safe. But… the service was very slow.

I have always had great experience when eating in. DONT ORDER TO GO!!!! t h ey could charge extra for boxes like others do but instead they shrunk the dishes. 14 fo oysterstew served in collassel bowl totally worth it 4 ounce xmcup to go now so much . Prawn Sautee and clam Sautee has always been our go to ,out of this world. I thought my to go order was missing the rice but there was maybe 1 ounce after digging through both dishes. Very disappointed after spending $94 on this plus 18% tip for to go . I will post picture differences on my yelp review. They’re not an option here

Prime rib is overcooked probably 50% of the time over several months. You have to ask staff to actually look at it because their cook will always say rare when it is not and dry at least an inch in all around the edges. At 430-5pm you’re lucky if the prime rib is rare. Over the last six months I would say it’s been a huge improvements. Creek covid I’d give it five stars. But they don’t have the same kitchen staff and nobody wants to work anymore. I don’t know who chops the Romaine of so teeny tiny but if you’re reading this it should be Fork size to stab not finely shredded that you have to use a spoon

Three of us ate there while staying at the Hotel and playing golf. It was on July 4th so maybe it isn’t always so unbelievably bad…
It took us almost two hours to eat because the server just disappeared for long stretches of time. Maybe an hour to get a second beer. The place was about 1/3 full. To be fair, the fresh seafood appetizers of oysters and prawns were great, but again took an incredibly long time to get, especially with no cooking involved.
The prime rib was cold as were the “pastry bag” mashed potatoes. The recommended Chicken Fettuccine was the real joke though…It tasted like it was a frozen “Weight Watchers” entree. None of the three of us even wanted to eat it. The club sandwich was deemed ok.
Anyway, the restaurant options are so limited that we well drive off the premises to eat if we go back.
Two hours, high prices, crazy bad food.

Food came wrong. Then when it was right, it was undercooked.
The water was good.
