This was our first time stopping in to eat as we were visiting the Orlando area. One of the things I love was the natural pineapple and ginger ,juice all NATURAL, sometimes they have beet and carrots natural of course.NO SUGAR added , how refreshing. I would definitely eat hear again, and recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

I had a birthday celebration and needed food catering to over 70 people. I never thought Island Flamed Restaurant did such large orders, but when I say they delivered excellent, tasty dishes, it was perfect. I ordered Jerk Chicken, Curry Goat, Brown Stew Chicken, Rice and Peas and sweet plantains and the presentation was perfect. I would recommend this restaurant for regular take out and even large catering requests. Ask for Lavern, tell her John sent you . Thanks again Lavern, the food was beyond delicious ❤️

Looking for the best Jamaican food in central Florida? I found them here in Orlando!! Family owned from Ocho Rios, everything on their menu is pure enjoyment. I usually order the large oxtails plate with rice/peas and cabbage($25). They also have authentic Jamaican sodas, beers, desserts and juices. A must visit!!

So this Caribbean restaurant is one of the fire spots I found open in Orlando. The food is actually good. They’re consistent with taste quality and meat falls off the bone For oxtail need som spinners in it (dumplings) rice and peas nice and shell well season , ( they not loading it up with sugar like some others spots) steam cabbage NIOCE, and , They actually make in house Pattie’s inside. Had to sample the in house made Pattie’s one a beef patty that actually is one of the best patties I’ve actually had in Orlando ‘nah lie it can give Pattie’s spots a run fi dem money , flakey and spicey everyting nice inna a patty ,

It was refreshing to see good customer service and hot fresh food in a Jamaican restaurant for a change. Too often you get reheated leftovers from the day before alongside a stale attitude. Not here. I was greeted with a warm and friendly interaction. The food tasted fresh like it had been made the same day and came out hot the way I like it. I know where I will be coming for food when I’m in Orlando.

My husband and I are Jamaicans and we are vacationing in the area and we randomly ran into this phenomenal place. Customer service was top tier! We felt at home. The meal was delicious not to mention the jerk chicken…seasoned to the bone! It was juicy and succulent! I highly recommend this place. It was home away from home. Will definitely go back.

First time here. The food was very seasoned and came out hot. This was one of the most spiciest jerk chicken dish I have had but it was good! The portions are quite nice for the price. Customer service was very rigid but inside seemed clean with some Jamaican culture snacks for purchase.
