10/10 recommend. Poke is my favorite food and consequently I have eaten at every poke bowl place in Rhode Island, so when I herd one would he joining the apple valley mall I was excited but sceptic. Any concern I had was immediately laid to rest when I visited them during their soft opening and got a taste of what the business was all about. To start I was immediately greeted by a very kind and personable owner who was not shy to spark up a conversation. I was offered a taste of their delicious dole whip and wide array of toppings fillings and bases.The fish and vegetable are very fresh and the toppings and sauces are so tasty. Their staff is helpful In regards to their menu, and the pricing is unbeatable. I have truly nothing bad to say and I am Thrilled to have this restaurant join our town. Cannot wait to go back!

The poke is awesome and highly recommended. I got the double protein and it’s definitely enough food for 2 or even 3 meals. Parent of picky eaters they have a secret menu of a kids bowl. Rice, 1 protein and up to 4 toppings. This was perfect for my little one who only eats rice, chicken, and edamame beans. Adults get the food they want and kid gets healthy option compared to other fast food options. Don’t forget to save room for the dole whip. It’s the perfect ending to the meal. Finally, The owners and workers are extremely sweet and made the whole experience enjoyable.

This restaurant serves up Poke, which if you’re unfamilar, is traditionally Hawaiian. It is best described as deconstructed sushi. Multiple protein choices, like diced raw salmon, raw ahi tuna, shrimp, chicken, and more are served over a base of lettuce or rice, with an assortment of toppings and sauces. If it sounds insane, it is…insanely delicious! Trust me, if you like sushi, you’ll love poke. Our two hostesses/waitresses were wonderful. To start, we were enthusiastically welcomed and introduced to Island Fin and all of our options, which we sincerely appreciated. They are more than happy to provide you with a sample of anything, if you’re unsure of the taste, etc. They do have a build your own bowl option so that you can throw in whatever you can imagine. Our bowls (build your own, with too many choices to recall) were very fresh and incredibly satisfying. They offer a range of fountain drinks, and for dessert, they have Dole Whip Ice Cream (currently featured in pineapple and mango flavors). We were fortunate to be provided a sample of Dole Whip (both flavors swirled) after our dinner, and it was so good! The restaurant is clean. There are lots of big tables to sit at. The employees are hard workers and are so sweet. We will absolutely be returning to Island Fin.

My fiancé wanted a poke bowl so went here. I ended up trying one as well. I was able to get chicken and shrimp as I’m not too keen on raw fish. They had so many options to pick from. We were really impressed. The two employees working were wonderful. Let us sample some of their house sauces. Big portion, fresh and tasty.

This place had delicious food and great service! It was a clean and kid friendly environment. My daughter ordered a mango pineapple swirl soft serve and she said it was one of the best ice cream she has ever had! The food was nice and fresh, it tasted magnificent! We will definitely be coming back!

Love this place. It is very accessible and easy to find. Plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food options are better than any other poke place I’ve been to. The portions are larger than normal. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. It’s not too busy so you don’t feel rushed customizing your order and taking time to figure out what you want. Overall best poke restaurant I’ve been to.

I typically don’t leave public reviews but this experience warrants an exception – Island Fin is legit. The staff greets you as soon as you walk in, the store itself is very nice inside, but most importantly, the food is fresh and delicious, and the add-ons are countless. I usually opt for double protein at most counter service spots, but this wasn’t needed when I saw how generous they were with the spicy tuna and salmon.
Its not often that I can say that $15 gets you a long way nowadays, but it definitely does in this case. I know the cuisine is different, but for counter service places in the vicinity, this place blows away the competition. Cava is grossly over-hyped and Chipotle is just ok. If anyone reading this is a sushi fan, just know you can essentially make a bowl here that would be the equivalent of a $30 sushi order if you’re a fan of the typical tuna/salmon rolls, edamame, seaweed salad, etc.
Highly recommended if you can’t tell.

Super fresh poké bowls! This was my first time having poké. I think the owners served me the first time and they were happy to explain everything to me… Rice, sauces, veggies, proteins and other toppings. Most things there are gluten free, except some of the toppings. Now I’m a poké pro and I go basically once per week. The staff are fantastic and the food is always amazing. Super filling, especially if you add a dole whip. The dole whip is also yummy if you bring it home and add rum 😉

Had this delivered for lunch. Wow, so good and fresh! Portion sizes are huge and they don’t skimp out on your protein choices. I love sushi, first time trying poke and it’s at the top of the list of must have again.
