Island Fever Rum Bar & Grill is hands down one of the best spots in all of Door County! The energy here is unbeatable from the warm, welcoming vibe to the top-notch food and drinks, everything is perfection.
Hunter, the bartender and owner, is absolutely incredible friendly, fun, and truly makes you feel like part of the family.
His brother Chase is just as awesome, and together they make this place feel special every single time you visit.
The food is out of this world, the lobster roll is insanely good, packed with flavor, and the Big Kahuna Burger is a must-try for anyone who loves a hearty, juicy burger done right. And don’t even get me started on their signature drink, the Pain Killer is tropical perfection in a glass and worth the trip on its own!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. We had split the Big Kahuna Burger and fries. It was delicious. I had ordered a Sangria with lunch. The restaurant was quiet the day we were there. We will definitely eat here again.

We now have an inside family joke at this place regarding the shrimp tacos. My 95yo grandpa ordered the shrimp tacos and was raving about them and after sat back and goes “that was the best restaurant meal I’ve had in ……… 8 years”. Needless to say, this place really left an impression on him.
We went when they had live outdoor music, so most people were outside. They had a drink and ice cream truck outside. The food was pretty good, they had a very vast menu and a lot of drinks offered. It’s also a plus that they are open late and have fun things like Karaoke!

Josh and Kallen… Colin… I am so sorry. But they did the Saturday Fish Boil and it was awesome experience and the food was delicious! Excellent portion of fish and super flaky. Not a lot of people which was a plus. Outdoor games for the kids and adults alike. And an ice cream/adult beverage truck to round out the night.

What a fun place! We just happened upon it by accident. We had reuben and rachel with draft beers and water. Our bill was $51.
They have an ice cream truck and yard games in the backyard. Plenty of indoor seating if the weather turns. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed this place for a late lunch. After attempting another place (with over an hour wait) we came here and sat on the patio. They are dog friendly which was perfect since we had our dog with us. We saw another customer with four large dogs so no qualms about size or space!
I had a painkiller for the first time – very good. I would definitely recommend this.
There was quite a few options on the kids menu which is great since kids can be picky. One of ours had Mac and cheese and the other had a cheeseburger.
My husband had the chimichangas and I had the perch basket. Both were good.
If you don’t like Jimmy Buffet or Kenny Chesney you might not like the music but it was fine for us.
Service was great – very friendly and food/seating was quick. Check this place out if you are in the area!

Had the perch fish fry. Wonderful sweet potato fries. I would prefer a little seasoning on the lightly batter fish. That being said the tartar sauce was a wonderful match up with the fish. 4.5 for the fish. Great portions!

They have a pet friendly patio we brought our puppy. Extensive menu huge burger menu large sandwich menu that included gyros grilled cheese sandwich and every sandwich in between. Also have a large dinner menu with steaks and seafood. And a large Mexican menu. Perfect for families because there are large outdoor games for them to play while waiting for their dinner after dinner they go to the park that’s strictly cross the street. Huge cocktail menu. Beautiful outdoor space. I had the perch basket and the breading was amazing. Husband had the chimichangas which came with a side of guacamole. Both are worth the price. We will definitely be back. Staff was excellent.

We were seated immediately on a Sunday evening. Tasty cocktails. Broasted chicken best my husband has had. My flavorful shredded beef tacos were filled generosly. Our server Eddy was delightful, asking if food was good.
