Island Daiquiri is the best bar on the island. Best bar in Savannah hands down. The food is excellent – you have to get the wings. The bartenders are friendly and hilarious. The environment is divey (my favorite), and it’s been the most welcoming place I’ve been since moving here. If you’re into fancy drinks and a downtown vibe and want to complain about a chill dive bar environment, then you should skip this one. Or come on in and be pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the people here are than anywhere else! If you want to meet cool people, drink affordable drinks, and eat yummy wings – this is the spot. It’s basically my second home.

My friend and I went on a Tuesday night and it was nice! All the bars around town were dead and so we landed at this bar. It was fun, the daiquiris were good. Staff was really nice and there were some cool people. There are pool tables, darts, and other games and plenty of sitting space. I would recommend this bar if you’re looking to chill and have a good time.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I ordered steak quesadillas and fried mushrooms from this place and only had a few bites of each and I immediately knew something was wrong!!! Now an hour and a half later I’m throwing up!! The steak tasted funny in the quesadillas and they were sitting in 1/4 inch of grease in the takeout tray!!! I will definitely be making a call to the county health department on Monday to report this place!!! There is no way that kitchen should be allowed to serve any kind of food!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Best bar on Wilmington. Only one I ever go to when I do make it to the islands, and I live in SC. Very welcoming environment. Also, Heidi is always fun to talk with and drink with. Just meet her a couple weeks ago and I’d only go in if she’s working.
