Stopped in this place for lunch after searching for food nearby during the workday. Had I not googled, I would never have known this place was there, but what a hidden gem!! Service was pleasant, and the food (curry chicken) was exceptional. I’ll be returning for sure!!

This is the best Jamaican restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio. The taste of the food is most definitely from the islands.. The prices are affordable , The food also had the things that I need to be eating for my health that was a plus. Ginger , veggies.

I love love love this place. Just make sure you get there early and not too late because they do run out of food and it won’t taste as fresh. I just wish the light skin guy had help because he moves very slow when he making your order. Other then that watch out for those pot holes In the parking lot and be prepared to be standing in line for a min but it’s worth it. I get the large jerk chicken dinner with rice and Mac. Nice full portions for the price because other places charge you more and give you less.

Food is UNDERRATED!! More people need to know about them ! They need more recognition. Do not sleep on this place ! Thee best curry chicken and jerk bbq chicken I have ever had. The cabbage and rice are on another level of their own. He asked did we want heavy sauce and did not disappoint!! The beef patties were everything they were packed with flavor! 100/10 would definitely recommend and tell a friend!

So far its been good. Depending on what time of day you go you’re going to have to wait awhile tor food. You know that dinner time rush. Didn’t want to wait 10 minutes for red beans and rice, already been standing in line too long. I settled for white rice with my jerk chicken and cabbage. I got a paddy too! Haven’t had one in awhile!

I purchased two meals today 8/29/25 @ 5PM but lately the food has lost its flavor over the past year. My rice and peas were BURNT. They have to have known but the served it anyway instead of making a new pot. The put the smallest portion of cabbage and it didn’t seem fresh. They threw the plantains in a brown paper bag that leaked through. In all I spent less than $25 but I was VERY disappointed.

Today was my first time trying them. It took them a while to even take my order because their personal conversations were more important. I got a jerk chicken meal. The rice was over cooked and dry, cabbage was dry as hell no type of juice or anything . Will not be going back
