I wish I took a pic of the food! I’m from NY and I know it’s hard to find goodfood spots in Florida. Me and my sister got the oxtails with rice & peas and cabbage and a side of Mac and cheese everything was absolutely delicious!!! We waited a little while because he had ran out of oxtails but he made more and gave us free drink for the wait. The man was really kind despite all the orders he had back to back! Definitely recommend 10/10 food & service. Honestly reasonable prices as well compared to the price of

Listen to me, I must give credit where it is due. This spot gets a solid 10/10 for me. I’ve tried pretty much every Caribbean spot in central Fl (from Orlando all the way down to Tampa) and this one got it! The food was extremely flavorful! The griot were from really nice cuts of meat and fried perfect. The riceeeeee amazing! The Mac and cheese alone was bussin bussin, I probably should’ve ordered another. Cabbage just perfect and I’m not even crazy over cabbage. Pikliz definitely home made with a nice kick.I had to ask the chef about his background bc he is really in there cooking like someone great great grandmother. Also, the service was very quick and the food was fresh. Very nice portion sizes so you get your moneys worth, it can easily be shared with another person.This was my first time coming but definitely not the last.

Tried Island Craving because every review was five stars—and now I know why. I had the jerk chicken with, rice & peas, cabbage and sweet plantains, plus mac & cheese and a passion fruit punch and my wife had oxtails, and same sides. Everything was absolutely amazing—flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. I’ve found a new go-to spot and can’t wait to try more of the menu. Do not sleep on this place!

This was a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. My husband is Haitian so he’s very picky where he eats. Most places he rates them as low budget. However, thus was our first time at island cravings but it will not be the last! We truly enjoyed our meal. Sorry we didn’t get better pictures but we were in the car. The owners I’m assuming are the ones who answered the phone and took my husbands order in creole, then prepared it for him. I love the down home spirit they have. This is a food truck business, but they are serving some amazing tasting food with such quality service. I can’t wait to return. I’m even thinking of using them to cater my husband’s birthday party. If you haven’t tried them, go for it…….. you shouldn’t be disappointed‼️

Look no further. Let’s just say the reviews didn’t lie. I chose Island Cravings solely off of the reviews and I was not disappointed. I had oxtails, wings, mac & cheese, cabbage, and peas & rice. It was hot and delicious. It was more than enough food. The portions were huge and I highly recommend.
