Island Chills Hawaiian Shaved Ice began in 2018 on the beautiful North Shore of O’ahu, Hawai’i, and now brings that island tradition to Texas. Our bright yellow trailer is filled with the spirit of Aloha, serving authentic Hawaiian-style shaved ice in a rainbow of refreshing flavors, ono (delicious) add-ons, and keiki (kid) favorites. From lū’au vibes at community festivals to school events, fundraisers, and private parties, we’re here to share the taste of Hawai’i and spread Aloha wherever we go. Ono kākou-delicious for everyone!

We stopped by Island Chills at the MB park and it was absolutely amazing! The shaved ice was hands down the best we’ve had. It was so soft and fluffy just like the shaved ice you get in Hawaii. One bite instantly brought back great memories from our vacation there.
The fresh squeezed lemonade was just as incredible. It was perfectly balanced and super refreshing, especially on a hot day.
What really made the experience even better was the two teens running the stand. They were some of the politest and most respectful young people we’ve met, and they were a perfect fit for the friendly Island Chills vibe.
If you’re looking for authentic Hawaiian-style shaved ice and some of the best lemonade around, Island Chills is definitely the place to go!
