The food is always spot on! Served pipping hot—-which seems simple but is an actual rarity. Truly the best “Fisherman’s” breakfast anywhere and it doesn’t costs you a second mortgage!

3/26/2025: Nice cozy spot. Always happy to find a place that serves breakfast all day. The two of us ordered a Jack’s biscuit (side of biscuit/gravy), corned beef hash, and chorizo con papas. Pretty standard and delicious. No complaints. Service was prompt and friendly.

Myself my 4 year old and my husband stopped on our way through town..it was so nice and comfortable the staff were sweet..
The food was AMAZING and priced compared to the size of the plate and amount of food!
I even had to tell the waitress on the way out that this food and experience was so much better than any where I have eaten in along time!
The ONLY thing was, I ordered a Georgia peach the glass was I think 12$ and I was expecting a taller glass..the glass was small BUT the drink was good and strong enough to compare to price. 🙂
Very happy with our experience and we will be returning while in this area.

Food was ok. They have a water or cleaning issue. All drinks have the stale taste. One breakfast for two people totalled at $50. Way too ex for a salad and biscuits & gravy.

Came for breakfast. Looks and feels like a real cafe bar. Friendly staff. Pictures looked good.
But if you’re expecting better than average fare best look elsewhere. It’s all Sysco chemi-fried ick.
Asked for sourdough, got English muffin, coffee was ‘meh’ with Sysco cream that you don’t have to refrigerate because of the chemicals. Even the Smuckers has HFCS.
The one bright spot was the crab on the omelette wasn’t bad, semi fresh tasting even. The button mushrooms were rubbery though.
Won’t be back.

I would give it a 3.5 stars. Service was both friendly and professional. The fish in the Fish and Chips was excellent. Given it’s fried, it was surprisingly NOT greasy. The rest of the meal was ok..but do you see the dark green soggy leaf in my salad? Yeah, there were a few of those in there. However the iceberg lettuce was nice and crisp.

Perfect “Happy Breakfast” menue item was just right. Great option for cafe dining when Mac’s or Jack’s is not your thing. Fast and friendly service – I’ll be back!

Excellent food, large portions, very tasty. We had the steaks with loaded baked potatoes and clam chowder – it was super delicious. Amazing, courtesy and prompt service. Nice atmosphere.

We had sandwiches for lunch. I got a Monte Cristo with side salad and Stephen ordered a French Dip with fries. The wait staff was friendly, but they seemed to be working in slow motion. We were seated then after 10 min. the menus showed up. It wasn’t long after that we placed our orders. Just guessing, the kitchen had a problem with the amount of orders they needed to expedite. After waiting for our food for 30 min. and having a ferry to catch, we asked for it to go. Our waitress obliged and got the food packed up. The ferry is a 10 min drive yet the food was stone cold except for the au jus. Just a hunch, but I think they forgot about bringing our order. It’s a cute cafe but unfortunately one we will skip next time in Anacortes.
