We have passed this restaurant many times but today after a joyride to Huntington Island we decided to stop BECAUSE $20 dollars for a SLAB of St.Louis ribs ( on special).. c’mon . Worth a ‘why not give them a try?’

This place is a gem. BBQ is the main event (the fish is excellent, too). Real pulled (not chopped) pork, smoked over real wood. Like your momma used to make. The ribs are great,too.

Hubby and I just found our new favorite bbq spot! Heard about this place through word-of-mouth and we are so glad we did. Amazing bbq, sides, and banana pudding! The lady (assuming it was the owner) was so friendly, definitely added more brownie points. We look forward to coming back for more in the near future.

The food was outstanding and the people were so, so nice. We were only in town 2 days, but we ate there twice! The shrimp in the basket was so lightly breaded that you could really enjoy the taste of the shrimp. The baby back ribs were so nicely smoked and tender. There was no conversation at the table because we were enjoying the food so much. Even the remoulade and tarter sauce for the po boy were tasty. This is my favorite place by far. To bad they don’t deliver to Michigan.

Stopped in the other day and got the pulled pork. Moist and perfect, with delicious SC sauce. Potato Salad side had just the right mix of tart and spices. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip through the sea islands. Can’t wait to try the ribs!

The best BBQ I’ve ever had.. these folks know what they doing!! Got a half rack of baby back ribs and they literally fell off the bone.. so good. Pulled pork, baked beans, potato salad all really good too. Support small businesses and don’t sleep on them you won’t regret it
