Great atmosphere. Lots of tables to sit down and barstools by the windows. Amazing food. Staff loves what they do. It is evident by how friendly they are and how good the food is. I’ve gone 4 times and ordered different things each time. Everything was superb. And they dont run out of flagels by 10am like alot of places do.

I ordered a dozen pumpernickel bagels and two “heros” pictured to be made of bagel dough. Two free bagels were supposed to come with a dozen. I only received 12 bagels, only two of which were pumpernickel. The “hero’s” were ordinary Italian deli bread.

This restaurant, situated at a bustling intersection, opens early in the morning. However, the service is lacking and the wait times are unreasonable. Despite seven people behind the counter, it took 25 minutes to receive a simple order of a bagel with eggs and bacon, along with an orange juice. Additionally, it seemed that Spanish-speaking workers were serving faster than others, which I found offensive. While I am fluent in Spanish myself, I preferred to communicate in English to gauge the overall service quality.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I stood in line for 10 minutes with no one behind me, and the staff just ignored me completely. They walked back and forth behind the counter, making no effort to acknowledge my presence—just focusing on what looked like to-go orders or Uber Eats. As soon as a man joined the line, the guy behind the counter suddenly decides to ask what can I get for you. I was completely shocked and frustrated. I get that places can get busy, but it’s not hard to simply say, ‘I’ll be with you in a moment.’ The lack of basic respect for customers is why I no longer go there.”

This place didn’t even have the decency to say they cancelled the order. They keep moving the time further and further away. Tried to cancel and it said i would be charged, called the store ofc no answer. Finally get an email saying they cancelled but we waited almost 2hrs for the food. We could’ve chose an alternative if we known sooner. Very inconsiderate, never again! Now everyone is still hungry..smh

This is our favorite place for breakfast, lunch or an anytime nibble! We always order the Nutella pancakes, avocado toast ..you can’t go wrong with their hot food and sandwiches which are always delicious! We are thrilled that they are also on doordash. Give them a try..it won’t disappoint!

I drove my friend to the airport super early in the morning. The night before I was hanging out with my boyfriend who is her housemate. So I stayed at his house napping on the couch while he watched TV until it was time for her early morning airport drive. After I got her to airport I had to go to work 9 to 1. So I opted for a gym shower at planet fitness instead of going home. I stopped at Island Bagel Bar for breakfast and lunch and coffee before going to work after my gym shower.
The service was great, the atmosphere was your standard bagel place.
I found the food to be just okay. Not great but not bad either. I had a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast, a coffee with french vanilla creamer and tuna on a roll for lunch. They also gave me a bag of chips that was included in my tuna.
Overall this is a decent bagel place to stop in for food. The price wasn’t bad. $17 and change for breakfast, lunch and a coffee in this economy isn’t a bad price.

July 23 Still the same I would never eat from their bread here . The bread is throw in a box outside in the middle of the night for two three hours wide open . Others times the bag is left open never fully sealed at all.

I just gave the my $25 for free basically in this state of inflation I ordered a combo and of course I didn’t get my side or soda and I also ordered iced coffee not only did they put my sandwich in the same bag my food was swimming in coffee and my sandwich chicken taste a week old , long story short, order from somewhere else.
