My friend and I came in at around 1:30 on a Saturday, and we were immediately seated. The service was excellent. I ordered the blackened shrimp pasta. It came with some toasted bread on the side, which was a nice addition to the dish. It was a delicious creamy pasta with a good amount of blackened shrimp. Personally, it was a bit saltier than what I would’ve preferred, and it was a bit of a heavy dish, but it was still good overall. My friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger without lettuce and tomato. When asked how he wanted his burger cooked, we asked for it to be medium rare, but it was more of a medium / medium well. It’s fine, though. It wasn’t that big of a deal to us. At the end of the day, our hunger was satisfied. Overall, it was a great atmosphere, cool fish tank, good service, and good food.

Good service. My husband had a fried fish hamburger which she said was delicious. The server suggested fried over grilled that way the bun didn’t get wet or soggy. Good choice. I had the coconut shrimp with sweet potato waffle fries which was extra.

Adjacent to the very lovely Victoria Gardens, we came in on a quiet Tuesday evening, good experience. Good food served quickly with a smile. Our server was efficient and friendly. The beer battered fish and chips and fried shrimp were good. Ordered loaded potatoes, delicious! If you have been before try not to be too disappointed that a few of the giant shark sculptures have been removed, the warm sugar bread is gone along with the AYCE shrimp.

I got a deal for two, ended up going alone but I can’t say I was sorry. Just more for me. I had the fried pickles appetizer which I’ve had other places and can’t find anywhere anymore. Theirs were different. Most are big slices, breaded and fried. These were thin sliced and lightly breaded, and crispy. They were very good. I ate the whole thing wondering if I was going to have room for my meal lol. Since I had two servings coming, I went for the tropical mahi mahi which was cooked perfect, with a pineapple, onion and bell pepper chutney on rice and a side of broccoli. Even with the appetizer I managed to eat all but a few pieces of broccoli. I took the second meal to go, and had the fish and chips. I got 3 big pieces of cod and seasoned fries. Even reheated it made for a good lunch. The place is a bit far from me, and a little pricey, but well worth it if you want a nice meal or a night out. Lots of options, bar, friendly staff.

There was no wait when we went in on a Saturday night around 6:30pm. Our waitress was amazing and the food was delicious. Some items were a bit expensive but we all were able to find some that we liked. My only request is that they bring back the bread! It was sad that they have discontinued it, especially since it was one of the main reasons why we went there. Overall, it was a great experience

I haven’t been to the Islamorada Fish Company in years, but I’m glad we made the trek. Despite the small menu thanks to covid the food was outstanding we ordered the blackened mahi and shrimp with a lobster sauce, the blackened shrimp pasta in a lobster sauce,parmesan cheese toast, key lime pie and a fudge banana cake( not sure the name). This was more food than we normally order but we finished everything but half of the key lime pie. The bill was about $71.00 before tip but the quality of the meal was great as were the flavors( 1st time having the lobster sauce and it was awesome) we can’t wait to go back!!

Used to be a great restaurant…now…not so much. Like the alligator? Sorry not on the menu, Like the boar burger? Nope not there anymore. How about the Mac n Cheese? Yup you guessed it, its gone. Venison? Try someplace else. Can’t go wrong with the Islamorada Portofino right? They do now, I got my order and the sauce on top was piping hot, the fish itself cold. Had a few pieces of broccoli and left the rest as it came. My daughters kids pizza meal came with 2 slices of pizza, makes it seem like you pay for the meal but they share a pizza w some other kid. Yesterday was most likely my last time there. Had many great meals there in the past but as for the present…cold food and service that only comes by to drop off the check…I’m sorry, you’ve lost me as a customer and everyone I used to refer to go try you out after checking out Bass Pro.

Not too many gluten free, dairy free choices. Menu is small. Prices are good, good quality and very tasty!! Great customer service ❤️ I ordered the mahi mahi tacos ( flour tortilla) so I opted for lettuce wrap! Awesome taste but the fish was a bit over cooked! ( that’s why the 4 stars ) will comeback for sure 🙂
