Visited this location. We had high hopes due to the 5 star rating but not what I expected. The waitress was sweet but you could tell she was new. Did not have knowledge on food or drink items served at the location. Ordered burger and sweet potatoe fries. Not sure what type of bread the hamburger was served on but it was hard and dry. I don’t think the food was worth what we paid. We waited over an hour for the food to arrive.
It’s a new location I would recomend a lot of training to the staff. Reconsider the bread choice. Consider delivering the meal when they are warm and, if attending a group of 4 try to time the meal so that all plates arrive at the same time.
I wish them the best of luck but will not visit again.

I ate the food that I was served. I wrote my honest experience hoping that it will provide you the opportunity to make your restaurant what it should be. A one of a kind experience that no one else has in Arroyo. Wish you all the very best.

Sumándole a eso 1 hora y 15 minutos que ya llevábamos esperando previamente. Pasando por el Malecón de Arroyo me sorprendí con este nueve negocio. Busque el menu en google y me llamo la atención. Para mi sorpresa hacen Muuuchas cosas in house. El pan de hamburgers, la carne, y mas era hecho aquí. El hamburger estaba bien rico. Ordene un hamburger que yo monte seleccionado las opciones. Al probarlo estaba Fresco, jugoso, pan con buena textura y sabor, en fin 10/10. El servicio fue muy bueno. Karitza fue muy agradable, alegre y hospitalaria. A mi me gusta que me ofrezcan cosas y me vendan. Ella hizo buen trabajo en ofrecerme cosas que ella pensaba me gustarían. Pasa por aquí. Esto esta bien bueno.

Bueno yo comentaré en Español Carlos un ser bien complaciente Buen lugar para la familia, la comida al punto tremendo sabor yo te lo recomiendo.
