The front desk staff, who was also taking orders in the late evening, was rude, inattentive, and constantly on her mobile phone. When we informed them that the chicken mandi had no salt added, there was no response or attempt to fix the issue. While paying the bill and leaving, we raised the concern again, and the staff responded with a rude expression, saying that “the chef said it already has all the flavors needed.” This response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Compared to our previous visit, the portion sizes have reduced and the quality of food has gone down.
The ambience is authentic and pleasant, but the overall experience was affected by poor service and lack of basic hygiene. Customers are required to remove footwear before sitting and eating, yet we noticed the same staff member walking into the seating area with footwear on, which felt disrespectful and unhygienic.
Good ambience alone cannot make up for declining food quality, rude service, and hygiene concerns. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience.
Overall, this is a beautiful restaurant with amazing food and outstanding service. I definitely recommend visiting and experiencing it for yourself!
Excited for the buffet to start so I can sample even more of their dishes. Also, the cleanest Indian store I’ve ever visited top notch service all around. Highly recommend!
I ordered the tandoori platter, chicken samosas, garlic naan, and a side of onion and chilies.
The samosa and the naan were simply nasty and had absolutely no flavor. The tandoori platter is described as “An assorted mix of tandoori favorites including chicken, shrimp, and paneer—perfect for sharing” The chicken was too bland in taste and nothing about this was shareable. The “Fresh Onion Chillies” was literally just a raw cut onion and jalapeno pepper. Neither look like the picture they have on the site. Pictures show what I got vs what I ordered.
I never complain about money I spend on food because I think its all an experience, but I know how good Indian food should taste and this was just so bad to have paid for.
This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had at an Indian restaurant. The food portions were shockingly small—so small it felt like a joke. For the prices they charge, you’d expect a decent serving, but what arrived looked like a sample spoon, not a meal.
We couldn’t take it and asked for the manager, he did acknowledge this is not right and added our portion with food that felt like yesterday’s leftover right out of freezer. No taste and smell weird.
Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers. This place cares more about overcharging than serving real food.
