First time ordering sandwiches. We got a California sub and meatball sub. The club was good and was spicy, with the chipotle mayo. The meatball sub was massive. It came out and there were 2 large sandwiches. The sauce and cheese were good. The bread was burnt. The meatballs were thinly sliced. I expected regular meatballs, or at least a meatballs cut in half. You really couldn’t taste the meatballs. I’ll go with the chicken parm next time.

The food was good, waitress was sweet however, we ordered a large pepperoni on side, came out with pepperoni on entire pizza. I can’t eat spice. She asked if I would like a child size pepperoni. I agreed. We got the bill and I was charged. The appropriate thing to do would have been no charge since it was their mistake. We paid it and left. Food is pricey enough would out paying for extra.

Isabella’s is our go to pizza place. We get 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 supreme and usually have enough to take home for another meal. The price is reasonable since we get two meals. The atmosphere at times is noisy since it is a great family place.

We went with my family for a little Sunday lunch. My mom likes this place so I had pretty high expectations. I’m sorry to say it didn’t live up to the hype. The appetizers were good. Our pizza was good but not great. Their muffaletta was disappointing. The olive dressing was great but it literally had two thin slices of meat. Overall an average meal.

Terrible experience. I ordered my food from Waiter which I have no problem with Waiter. Isabellas packaged my hot pizza on top of my cold Caesar salad, in the same container ….who does that. My lettuce was all wilted I couldn’t eat it. My pizza was also so incredibly greasy it made the crust soggy. I called and spoke to a female manager, who did not give me her name, she stated that is how the kitchen is told to package the food. I told her by who are the told and she said the owners. I told her this was crazy and all she could say was that she would let the owners know and next time specify that I want my salad in a separate container. Well that’s all fine and dandy, but there won’t be a next time for me. Never again will I order from here.
