This is the ultimate backroads small town country bar with the most amazing broasted chicken. Service was prompt and super friendly. The meal came quick even though they were busy. The 1/2 chicken dinner (4 piece) with mashed taters and gravy, stuffing, corn and slaw is one of the best you will have. And tonight it was only $10.75!!! This without a doubt will be a regular Sunday stop. Chicken is served from 4pm to 9pm. The old fashioned was on point as well. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Great little community and establishment to accommodate the needs of the community I Absolutely recommend the ISAAR BOWL AS I HAD HOWEVER BE SURE TO REQUEST APPETIZERS BEFORE YOUR MEAL NOT AT OR AFTER THE MEAL IS SERVED AND MOST OF ALL 5 MINUTES LESS DEEP FRY TIME ON THE CURDS,POPPERS, AND CHICKEN BITES IN THE BOWL WAY OVER COOKED was given a great recommendation for the food here and the cook let yall down and it wasn’t even busy home-cooked meals like that yall can be doin way better with that alone pride,consistency,respect, and sobriety go along way in the kitchen and in any business I wanted to leave in the first 10 min of me and my ladies visit but I had to give benefit of the doubt and atleast try the food first I had 1bite of jalapeño popper and cheese curd and couldn’t do anymore even after visual declared burnt and should have been thrown out im quite disappointed in the actual visit to compared to the recommendations that were given to us to eat there ty for the meal and hospitality at that time

Pleasantly surprised by the drinks, food and openess to a family of 6 this bar was. They do have quiet high tables and I am hoping one day there is a way to have a highchair for higher tables.
