I have been here to eat several times and my favorite thing about this place is the wide open restaurant seating area. It is very bright and open and welcoming, and a great place to meet up with friends. The food I have gotten here has largely been good, with the exception of the peanut butter, banana, and granola wrap, that just wasn’t mixed well. I’ve had delicious bagel breakfast sandwiches and wonderful fruit smoothies and will certainly continue to visit here regularly.

Been eating here for years and always such a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is very friendly and you can tell the local ownership makes their presence known by the level of care that goes into everything they do. Best bagel in town. Highly recommend!

Long time local bagel cafe offering fresh bagels, bagel sandwiches, wraps, and smoothies. Bagels are fresh and tasty, the breakfast sandwiches nicely done. Wraps and smoothies are spot on too. There’s a rivalry with the bagel joint over on Calder. But locals seem to prefer Irving’s and it’s not just nostalgia.

Irving’s has always been pretty consistent with their quality when it comes to their fresh bread and bagels, smoothies and overall product. All of their breakfast items taste amazing, but I really enjoy going for lunch and getting the pizza bagel. It’s super basic, but they make it taste great.

Great experience at Irving’s Bagels! I like the atmosphere a lot. Service was friendly and prompt. There are plenty of tables to sit and study a while, and they have additional seating downstairs too, though I believe that is temporarily closed. I had a vanilla iced coffee and an everything bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese. I don’t really like their cream cheese much but it’s okay, I’ll try a pizza bagel next. Prices and vibes are good, and the location is super convenient. I’ll be back!

Save your time and your money and don’t go here. You’re more than likely going to have to wait in an extremely long line, their food is significantly overpriced and the quality isn’t good. They serve bagels burnt, missing pieces, green eggs because they’ve sat out so long, and the girls making food rarely change their gloves. I promise you you’re much better off going to Bagel Crust instead.

My go-to place throughout my time in SC, I would always get either a Everything bagel with lox and cream cheese, or a Bacon Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel. Their smoothies are so insanely good too, thank u for being my comfort place throughout my studies :,) Don’t leave SC without passing by here for a bagel or smoothie!!!

When I was a kid in the mid 90s we would sometimes go to Irving’s and they had a spicy cheese spread that was so so so good. I have been back to Irving’s ten times in the past 20 years looking for the spicy cheese spread, but I’ve never seen it. Can anyone there hook me up with a recipe?
