Terrible, Period. The staff didn’t even speak a word to us, welcome us or offer any guidance or seem willing to answer any questions.The Sushi was in plastic trays, and sub-par at best. I honestly have had better Sushi at Publix. I’ve eaten Sushi all over the country and abroad. This place was beyond disappointment. Never again.. NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself a parking fee and a waste of money.

Walked in to order food to go. The staff who was at the counter mentioned he didn’t have a cashier staff, but that we could order online. We understood the situation, so sat down at a table to select items online. Another staff came in and said we have an emergency we are closing. I left upset but then thought things happen, and I can come back another time to try the food.

I can see why this place has a lot of five star and one star ratings. I ordered the three roll sushi combo. The California Roll had non-typical ingredients and honestly, it was terrible and worst “California Roll” I’ve ever had! The shrimp tempura roll, on the other hand, was delicious and I have nothing bad to say about it! The JB roll was mediocre. It didn’t taste like it wasn’t fresh, as some other reviews here are claiming, but it just wasn’t that great.

Sashimi is dry and dehydrated. Doesn’t appear to be fresh . The tuna is chewy and not juicy. The eel is very thin and cold and chewy… As if it’s been prepared ahead of time and sitting in the fridge. Great prices but questionable quality.

We have been coming here for a couple years with no real issues until tonight. We ordered an Amigo Platter, and the rolls were barely filled. It was mostly rice, no cream cheese as you can see in the photos. These are the smallest most pathetic sushi rolls I’ve ever seen. The amigo platter used to cost $22 and they have now upped the charge to $26, along with everything else on the menu and the sushi is much worse than it used to be. You can see in the photos that they have no problem giving you a normal sized California roll and other basic rolls, but everything else is skimped like they either couldn’t be bothered or are trying to cut costs on salmon and other ingredients. Total ripoff. Ever since the price increase, the service has gotten worse and worse. I went in to complain about the rolls and the sushi chef said that the filling was inside and I just couldn’t see it…. what? I unrolled it and there is barely a scrape of filling inside.

I ordered a $15 dollar bowl of ramen. I got a half of a boiled egg, some noodles, and broth. Oh and a very small piece of fatty pork. Some corn kernels were sprinkled in it. Terrible and a BIG waste of money. The serving was small on top of it. Don’t order Ramen here.
