I went on 11/11/25 about 8pm. I’m sorry I don’t remember my servers name. She was only server on shift and cranked out with approximately 8-10 other customers. Before my plate even came out( Ny strip and eggs), she had brought over to my area 2 kinds of steak sauce, hot sauce, ketchup, jelly rack, a whole second drink instead of just a refill, extra napkins, and a steak knife. Meal was cooked perfectly. Kudos to the cook. And it was prompt as well. Entire visit, ordering, waiting, eating, and cashing out, about 30-35 minutes. Nice job.

Not only was the lady that was waiting on us.
Very unpleasant, but then we got our food and it went down the hill from there. My auntie got fish that wasn’t done. I got a stake that wasn’t cooked, right , and when we asked for them to recook it, she huffed and puffed to the point where we explain that we just want to pay for our drinks and we’ll be good to go. Although she said we didn’t have to pay for our drinks. She wasn’t happy about it because we explained to her that the service was poor and so was our food, then she made the comment.Well, I’ll try to resale what you ordered like. They do this all the time, so be careful

Very rare to find a cook that knows how to cook a medium rare steak it’s always overcooked burnt or very very undercooked becoming a chew toy for a dog. So awesome job chef Antonio Good job on cooking a great steak New York strip.

Not too much to brag about. The food was pretty decent. We had chicken a sandwich and a quesadilla. Ask for a knife because, you’re going to have to cut your lettuce up for the quesadilla yourself. I’ve never seen a quesadilla served with whole leaf lettuce. So I had to like break it up into smaller pieces myself. But it was okay. This food is nothing that I would say rush out and get. We only stopped there because I thought they still had that buffet. I mean it’s truck stop food. nothing too much to brag about pretty decent though nice sit-down area quiet. Dishes are old an outdated. But I’m not sure if that’s part of their way of making it look more nostalgic and older. Pulling into the parking lot,you have your standard lot lizards out there and some homeless, sitting down, sometimes in front of the door. They open the door for you like they are the concierge.

Judy is such a sweetheart. She let me sit and relax and chatted with me. As a truck driver it’s just nice to get out of the truck sometimes and sit and feel normal. I got to do that and she never made me feel like a bother.

Iron Skillet is located in the Petro Truck Stop and close to the Greyhound Bus Station. My husband is a truck driver and loves this place! They have an all you can eat buffet and a counter just for truckers plus booths and tables. We came with our daughter and her boyfriend and ordered off the menu. My husband and I ordered the Southern smothered pork chops with mashed potatoes, those also come with a salad. My daughter wasn’t really hungry and had fries while her boyfriend Bernie, ordered an omelette. Yes, you can order breakfast even at night! The plates are cute silver skillets. We didn’t have too long of a wait for the food and it came nice and hot. It all tasted so good, wish we had room for dessert but we didn’t. My only complaint here was our waitress, she may have been new. Didn’t smile, didn’t come fill out drinks or check on us but she was talking to a lot of truck drivers at their counter whom may have been regulars. She didn’t wear a name tag or I would’ve mentioned it. It ended up costing $54.98 for our meal with a party of four, so not too bad.

Had a good experience this morning at the Iron Skillet. Pancakes and french toast were both very good, very sweet! Our waitress was Nita and she was the sweetest lady! The servings are very large, was a lot of French Toast!!! Things came out quickly, was a good quick breakfast stop.

Waitress Cary Ann was smiley and sweet to everyone around us except to us. When she served us it was as if she was in a hurry. And didn’t care to serve our family of 7. Our food was not the best if I’m being honest. Not pleased at all

Fun fun fun! First time having okc style hashed browns, didnt bother me when I needed life/death charge my telephone due to grey hound logistics on the weak-end. The tables underneath were MOS DEF mopped under. The philly cheesesteak was the home cooked meal thing i had been craving for WEEKS. Sheri, sheri babbyyy would be a song playing & the tables were spotless. A++
