I ordered a steak that normally comes with hash browns and bread.
I asked the server if those sides could be replaced with eggs — a completely normal request, and other locations of this chain always do it without any issues.
Here, the server flatly refused.
So I ordered the steak without hash browns and bread.
Guess what? The price was exactly the same.
No sides, no adjustment, no flexibility.
Rigid, unprofessional service and zero customer focus.

The sweet Tea wasn’t good at all Tasted old or something. Other then that for the most part food was good. Hash browns has to much grease.

Extremely happy to have been stranded there felt safe and was giving ice water , and a cup of coffee. The staff was very accommodating and did not make me feel shunned, or judged In any way. A clerk from last night offered me a pillow and made me feel if i went to sleep I would be fine.There was also a gentleman last night that I had a wonderful conversation with. I didn’t even get his name Dang it. He was a local trucker, and he said, he’d been there before… Anyways, if he sees this, I would love to talk to him again. All I remember is that he was drinking chocolate, milk and has a daughter in Utah. And Hope was the sweetest hardest working little thing I have ever met.

, Lucy, was spectacular! Food was very good (Turkey Club and Onion Rings). Minus one star for the guy in the kitchen with a big bushy beard—DUDE! You should have a hair net over that when around food being prepped / cook! Lady at register / working Baskin Robbin’s (older lady thin reddish short hair) has the personality of a toad, needs to work on that and interacting with customers.

This place is an appalling dung heap! There is nothing good to say about the place!! The parking lot is horrible. The store is dirty, and in disarray. The bathroom is horrendous! Doors falling off the stalls, dirty, trash overflowing, counters/sinks look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The restaurant are was dusty, dirty.. the cashier/greeter was rude, the entire place smelled terrible, combination of old food and backed up toilets. I wouldn’t let stray dogs eat there!

I had the Cajun fried cod with the rice and the broccoli very good. I think they could be a little more generous with their portions, especially in the fish department.
