Ok, in a nutshell, service was lousy, food was good. Server brought me half full coffee pot both times, and I made the mistake of looking inside of it, oh nooo they do not clean these thing very often.

The service was good Kelly, Angel, and Kat were extremely polite and good natured. The food left a lot to be desired tho, when someone ask for over easy eggs they don’t want hard ones. The gravy was okay, but the biscuits were nasty. How hard is it to bake a biscuit? Grilling them on top the grill and making them hard is nasty. Coffee was good, they do need to add different creamers for people, not everyone likes half and half. Neither me nor my husband ate everything, it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I don’t know who made the menu or the prices, but I can go to Casey’s and get cheaper biscuits and gravy. 13.99 for 2 grilled biscuits and gravy with 2 over easy eggs, I’m sorry thats price gouging at it’s worst. Than spend 4 on a cup of coffee when you can go to the Petro store itself and get a large coffee for under 3, now that’s ridiculous. I’m sorry but I will never be coming back here.

I’ve ordering the pork chop breakfast at Petros all over for several months. Over the last couple of months, the chop has been getting fattier. More fat than I’ve ever encountered before. I ate here yesterday. The chop had a thick band of gristle near the outside edge. I’ve never experienced that in my life. This is pure lazy on the part of the person preparing the chop before breading. I get a pork chop breakfast at a couple of independent truck shops. None of them do a breaded & deep fried chop. But their chops are light years higher quality.

This Country and Company is becoming a deep hole. 20+ years been stopping for a meal, use to be 3 eggs in a traditional al breakfast meal, now they change it to a 2, extra eggs becomes $1.30 out of your pocket… Seriously? $18 for a traditional breakfast meal with no coffee or drink from the iron plate??? No, thank you

Another great experience at this Iron Skillet. Sam, our waitress was just awesome. We as OTR truck drivers see a lot of very bad places lately, but this place is outstanding. Thank you Sam

If you order breakfast make sure to order double hashbrowns. The portions they give you is a joke. 2 bites and that’s all. Only iron skillet I’ve been to that serves a joke of a portion
