Our server was wonderful, she was running the bar too due to being short staffed. She was still very attentive and so sweet. The food was great too! The sauerkraut balls, filets, kids mac n cheese and the burgers were all great!

Really enjoyed this place, last night. It was a Sunday night so not very crowded. Service was excellent. Had mashed potatoe balls for apps…very different take on mashed potatoes but my date and I enjoyed it. I had the Reuben which was very good and perfectly tender with seasoned fries. Stumbled upon this place for a late lunch in the fall and were very impressed. Went last night for drinks and dinner and it was even better than the first time! Where to begin….the bar service was outstanding! Our bartender was amazing. Talented, fun and attentive! We moved to a booth for dinner and we were met with the sweetest, most adorable server. She was also attentive and got EVERYTHING right! The food was delicious….fresh and perfect salads, fish fry and a burger….perfect. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Such a great find!

I had a wonderful lunchtime experience here and it was more than I was expecting when I popped it for a beverage and a quick bite to eat. Staff was phenomenal and the food was prepared to perfection mean while the beverages where spot on! I will be back and recommend others to give them a try…you won’t be disappointed!

This was our first time at Iron Grill. Our server, Rachel, was not only welcoming, cheerful and respectful, but also made sure that she helped us pick the best items from the menu based on our dietary restrictions. She was quick with her recommendations and always checked in with us once the food was brought out. And as expected, her recommendations were the best, the food tasted delicious, was served fresh and hot and quantities were amazing as well. All in all, this place definitely provided us with the best service. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Akron area. The staff is super nice and helpful. You’ll enjoy the vibe 10/10.

My mom and I tried the Iron Grill for lunch the other day. Started out with sauerkraut balls. The outside was cooked perfectly, but the inside was lukewarm at best. We both ordered the burger special with fries. I added pepper jack cheese and bacon to mine while my mom had grilled onions on
hers. The burgers were ok. While driving home, both of our stomachs started gurgling, and we both barely made it home. I don’t know what it was, but something we ate there went right through both of us. We both had upset stomachs the rest of the evening.

The burgers here are great! The place has an upscale casual feeling to it and is clean. Monday night they have a $9 special on burgers. Also, shoutout to Lori who is a great bartender/waitress!

This place was incredible. We arrived at nearly the time they opened the door. We had a sweet waitress who was training but you can tell she’s going to be great with how attentive she was and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic. I have to give a special shout out to the mashed potatoes balls as they were incredible and the homemade hand breaded chicken tenders. The food all came out quickly and we couldn’t have had better service. The price was right on the money, just be aware how many appetizers you are ordering because they’re the size of a meal too.

Dawn, our waitress was absolutely fantastic. Atmosphere is really really good, had a outdoor area that was covered in case of rain, and dog friendly. Ordered chicken parmesan, and it was definitely enough to be able to split with someone else. Side salad was really good and had a unique lemon dressing that truly should be marketed on the shelves of supermarkets. The only complaint if you want to call that is I felt like the chicken had a thick coating and I felt like it should have been a little bit on the lighter side. The sauce is obviously homemade and while I think it was good, I think it had a little bit too much salt in it. Other than that I think this place is definitely worth the visits, and if service is like what Dawn was able to give us, you won’t have any problems.
