Iron Duck Restaurant is an awesome place to eat and relax! The atmosphere is laid-back, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, making it a great spot whether you’re out for a casual meal or a night out. From the moment we walked in, the staff was polite, courteous, and welcoming, which always sets the tone for a great dining experience.
The menu has a perfect balance of options, offering something for everyone without being overwhelming. Everything we ordered was absolutely fabulous—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. On top of that, the drink selection was excellent, with plenty of great choices to pair with your meal.
A huge shout-out to Caleb for making the overall experience even better. His hospitality, great conversation, and attentive service really stood out and made us feel right at home. It’s always refreshing to have service that feels genuine and personable.
We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Iron Duck Restaurant to anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and an all-around enjoyable dining experience!

SO pleasantly surprised. My husband, two daughters and I were passing through. After searching online for a place to have dinner, and feeling like every place I clicked on was another bar pub, this one stood out to me.
We ordered the cheese curds (my eldest swears they are the best she’s ever had), the salmon cakes (so delicious, served on chopped onions, beans and poblano peppers ), the Caesar salad (delicious, as well!), fish tacos (a healthy serving and mouth watering), and my girls shared the creamy fettuccini (which had have been home made noodles and a dreamy cream sauce). Let’s not forget the proper Manhattan. Well made! And I’m not done. The restaurant is in old train cars and just feels cozy and super unique. Very satisfied and glad we gave it a try! (My family is already wondering when we can go back.)

This is my GO TO spot when I want a fancy memorable dinner. Me and my fiancé have come here for our last several anniversaries. Last time, the staff gifted us each a glass of champagne and a free dessert since we mentioned it was a special occasion! The food is incredible, the staff is amazing, and the atmosphere is awesome. The owner also once served us on a ‘train dining car’ experience where me and my love dressed up all steampunk, and he still recognizes us in his restaurant every time we go back. Other than wishing this place was open for lunch on occasion, I have no notes. Pics are from two different dinners.

My husband and I had such a fantastic experience at The Iron Duck! He ordered the duck and I had the fettuccine- both dishes were absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. But I have to take a moment to rave about the Caesar salad… hands down the BEST Caesar salad I have ever had at a restaurant. It’s a must-try!
The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and inviting! Perfect for our wedding anniversary date night! The staff was truly remarkable as well- friendly, attentive, and made us feel so taken care of from start to finish. We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend.

I had the portobella fries (large portion) and teres major steak which were both fantastic.
They had a wine special on Tuesday night so I tried a few different kinds and enjoyed the experience.
I was planning to watch the baseball game and they don’t have any TVs which is worth noting-but the atmosphere and staff were so great that I didn’t miss the TV once I got settled.
I will definitely come back and look forward to trying more items on the menu. 🙂

The iron duck (Caleb) hosted a retirement party for associates from human insurance company. There were 45 associates and it was a great celebration!
Caleb was very easy to work with and he actually opened up the restaurant to accommodate the party! The food and the service was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better night.
If you haven’t been into the Iron Duck yet, I would definitely encourage you to check it out.

We have eaten here for the last few years and love it. One of our favorites in the Greater Green Bay area. The dinner selections are modern, fresh and truly delicious. I also have a dietary restriction – I have celiac disease and cannot tolerate any gluten at all. There are numerous menu items I can eat, including items not normally available for me such as soups, desserts and their exclusive cheese curds! They have excellent wine selections and unique cocktails. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality level. We have brought and recommended Iron Duck to others as well. If you haven’t been there, you must try it!

I recently came here for the first time and it was an amazing experience. The service was excellent. The owner, Caleb, is very well versed in wines and will come back to check on your table. It shows how much he cares about his customers and their experience. The food was delicious and the drinks did not disappoint. I would suggest trying the bone marrow appetizer and the chocolate bunt cake. Thank you so much to our server that recommended it! They truly made my anniversary special. Will be back and would be a great place to impress out-of-towners!

Great atmosphere , and even tho we had reserved a booth, we chose to sit at the bar. More entertaining. had the 1/2 Caesar, which was huge. A bit too much dressing, but very good tasting. We shared the duck pate, which was served with some bruschetta. Very nice to see this kind of appetizer on Velp.
Husband had the tacos and I had the lamb burger. Both were delicious. It was surprising to find such a nice restaurant on Velp.
Also, great wine list to pick from. Love the Zin!
