A convivial drink is an essential part of Irish hospitality and a few hours spent in good company in an Irish pub is an experience no visitor should miss. A variety of Traditional Irish menu items and a perfect pint of your favorite Irish beer will await, all of which can be enjoyed alongside the many big screen TV’s and projectors spread throughout the Pub. At the Irish Wolfhound, we aim to present an authentic “Pub House” experience for our guests based on the “Craic” of Ireland – a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.

I have been coming here for over a decade+ with my Pop’s for their famous fish fry, that’s how it all started… As the years went by I found it to be the most comfortable, chilled out bar in surprise with no drama, a comfortable consistency, and convenient location. (I’ve been to all of them…) Me and my Pop’s still to this day go to the fish fry, not to mention, the bands are amazing The atmosphere is fun and I love throwing darts, along with playing pool. It’s all good people, good vibes, and amazing staff. I love the fact that there’s always a familiar face, no matter how many years have passed. They’re the one true bar in surprise, that still has value to their name. I Highly recommend, If you don’t go, you’re missing out no matter what night, or day of the week.

Visited for the first time a few months ago early on a Saturday morning. Its a super cool place, very relaxed atmosphere. The food was fantastic. I been thinking about coming back ever since. Service was quick and friendly. You can tell that they have a lot of regulars that really love the place.

The food was pretty good, a nice variety of Irish food. Band plays at 8, not sure if it’s every night or weekends only. There’s a pool table/bar area separated from the band/dining area. I had been told that the food was not good, but we thought it was great! They have a fish fry on Friday nights.
My husband had a burger/fries which was pretty good. The bangers and mash was good too. Definitely worth a try!

Cozy bar/resturant with good food and friendly staff. Dinner was about $100 for 4 people, including 1 beer and 3 sodas. No appetizers or desserts. Corned beef was excellent. Would pass on the chili.

We recently went here for the first time. Had had wanted to go for a while, so we were a bit excited about finally going! Sadly, never again. While the service was great, and we enjoyed the vibe of the place, the food was …terrible. I was very happy to see a cod sandwich on the menu – and immediately decided on that. My wife had their chicken “boxty” dish. The cod was so deeply fried, about all it was – was a blob of terrible breaded fried ?, and very little fish to speak of. And my wife’s dish was nothing close to the description on the menu, and had a “nasty” tasting sauce on it (especially for $18), leaving a bad taste in her mouth. So, in conclusion- if you’re looking for a place to just drink (although $7.00 beers would add up very quickly) – and not eat, maybe this place is for you. But with all the other places in the area to go, not again for us…

Visited on a Friday late lunch with a group of eight. With no reservation we still were given a private area long table near the back side of the bar immediately. Quiet enough for easy conversation. Service was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The food was phenomenal. Plenty of beverage options also.

This place could be great, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by one of the bouncers. The guy with the reddish-brown beard and glasses was incredibly rude and seemed to be on a complete power trip. He was antagonizing my friends for no reason and acting far more confrontational than someone in his position should be. A bouncer’s job is to keep things under control, not create problems. His attitude made the whole experience unpleasant and honestly incredibly embarrassing for the establishment. I would never recommend going here.
