We went for trivia on a Tuesday night! The atmosphere was great and the staff was awesome. Super friendly (but very busy because of trivia) and the food was actually really good! I recommend you check it out! The prices were reasonable for the area and it was a lot of fun!

We have been coming here for years. Great neighborhood spot to watch any games either inside or outside on the patio. We only used to go out to eat on weekends but when we discovered their run club on Wednesday nights, it became a part of our weekly routine. The food is good pub fare and the people are friendly and staff is accommodating. Nicole is amazing and I am in awe of the ability to remember people’s regular orders. Kitchen guys are great when they pop out to say hi.

I have few things to say about this place, the food was really good, can’t complain! I think that was the only good thing; the servers were so frendly with us, but they were talking with a 3 pleople group and wasn’t pay attention to other customers, I was calling them and they couldn’t hear me. Being a Luxury Neighborhood I wasn’t expecting lots of flies around the food, it was really disgusting. I hope next customers will have a better time.

Have not been here in years and  I regret returning. Nothing to do with food or ambiance, just revoltingly bad service.

Important things first. It’s an Irish pub that serves some traditional Irish fare and American bar food. A large open air bar with seating indoors and outdoors. Perfect for this time of year and the plethera of large screen tv’s make it a natural setting for watching sports. I used to frequent the the place after work for my “Sticks and Stella”, my beer and their wonderful hand made zucchini sticks.

A lot has changed, it was less busy now during Sunday Football than it was on a regular week night. My favorite snack is no longer served, the once attentive and charasmatic servers are gone, the business like management of yore is missing and a much more lackadaisical atmosphere prevails.

The food seems to be more consistent than the business. Awesome wings, great house made chips and even the fries seemed better than store bought. I had the Fish ans Chips which while great in flavor were heavily breaded for one reason…they cut the fish into thin strips instead of filets. More profit in that I imagine but only 1 of the 3 strips had a suitable amount of fish. The other 2 looked the same but were mostly breading. A shame because the flavor was very nice. My wife loved her hummus and chicken wrap with greens, tomato and greek dressing.

Now the sad part. A buxom blonde was our server. It began as a tepid and unattentive encounter. As time passed she ignored the table for long periods and waiting to pay the check became somewhat soul crushing. The girl in the table next to me sat around for 20 minutes before they ever spoke to her. When people she was with that sat outside came and asked if she had finished eating, she said that no one had even greeted her yet. She had the same server as I. I had decided on a 15% tip instead of my usual 20-25%. Then when I paid with a $50 bill the girl asked if I wanted change. When I said yes, she was visibly upset that she was not getting the 30% that remaind. She then gave change in a larger bill attempting to force a tip of 25%. No luck, I gave the $2 that remained and left. I do not ever spend this much time regarding service but maybe management would like to know why business has slowed. Who knows, maybe not!

It was nearby while we were out shopping, stopped in not really knowing what to expect. Nice little pub/restaurant in Westchase FLA.
The wings were meaty and very crispy. I get them with their signature sauce, Irish 31.
The mac and cheese bites were what you’d expect, they were hot and cheesy. I tried the Cajun Shrimp wrap. Lots of tasty spicy shrimp. The sauce was what really made it great. My wife had the “Debbie”. A grilled chicken sandwich with all the fixings. It was superb, but the house made potato chips were from another dimension. So crisp and delicious. They gave her alot, and even after we were full, we couldn’t stop munching on them. Very reasonably priced. Definitely worth the visit.
Cheers.

I had drinks there several times, but not much food. Here’s why:

Pictured is the $10 fried pickle appetizer I got the last time I went. That’s 11 pickle slices for $10 plus tax and tip = $12.75 ($1.28 per piece of pickle) and they weren’t good at all. Definitely not house/fresh made.

I’ve also tried the fish and chips (photo is by a different customer, Elissa Pally). The menu says dipped in “our Black and Tan beer batter”, but the three waaay-too-small fish sticks (not a larger single piece like everywhere else serves) definitely looked and tasted like they were from a freezer bag. Pretty much like Captain Ds, but much smaller pieces. There was a handful of fries. Nowhere near enough food for $18.50 (plus tax and tip = $23.59).

Other than that, every time I’ve been, the floor has been so sticky that it’ll pull your flip-flops off. The bathroom is always unclean and smells of urine, too. And the last time I went, the urinal flush valve squirted a bunch of water that hit my shirt when I used it.

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes good. Sometimes excruciatingly slow.

This place is poorly-managed and serves overpriced low-quality food.

Love this place! I started going to the one in Seminole when I worked there and the Whiskey Salmon was what got me hooked! The whiskey chicken (which you see here) is just as amazing as well as the fish and chips (also pictured here).

The staff here at West Chase is amazing and the food is always delicious! It’s never a disappointment! This is a must when you’re looking for a great dinner spot or a great place to watch the games!

This used to be my “go to” place for a couple years. They had an amazing steak sandwich and the service was outstanding. I was going there at least once a week, consistently, and I’m really sad to write this review. I tried, not one, not two, but three times to check it out again, and waited for over 10 minutes for a server who never showed up. And they saw me 100%, in one of the occasions she even spoke to me. Outside tables are always dirty and chairs are all over – same tables and chairs from 12 years ago. The place could benefit from a renovation, better service. But this was my last try. I’ll never ever bother to go back.
