I really wanted to like this place and came in with an open mind, as I always try to give every restaurant a fair chance–especially local spots. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the curry goat. It lacked flavor and seasoning, which is surprising for a dish that usually packs a punch of spices and depth. There was none of that rich, slow-cooked taste that you expect from authentic curry goat.
On top of that, the meat didn’t seem to be properly cleaned or prepared. It had a gamey aftertaste and there were noticeable bits of gristle and bone, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. Clean preparation is a basic expectation, especially with a dish like this where texture and flavor are everything.
I really wanted this to be a better experience. I support small businesses and I’m always rooting for them to succeed, but the quality and attention to detail just weren’t there this time. I hope things improve, because this dish has potential–it just needs a lot more care and flavor.

if you know the soup DOES NOT have meat or food left in it the least you can do is discount. just send my man to get me a large gungo peas. he came back with a large hot water. no food, one piece of meat. all the server said was little meat left. she should’ve said NO MEAT NO FOOD LEFT. Just the soup water. big disappointment especially when i really needed the nutrients. smh NEVER AGAIN

Absolute garbage, Jamaican food. The jerk, chicken, burnt and extra extra extra salty! And they don’t even use the right kind of rice for rice and peas. They use that shorter cheap rice that clumps together. Very disappointing. I eat Jamaican food all the time and this is the worst I’ve had in years, Actually, maybe ever.
Lesson learned. How does the oxtail gravy on the rice and peas have no flavor but the jerk chicken is so salty? It’s disgusting. I would never in my life come back here.
Wish I would’ve got a small instead of a large would’ve went to Donna’s but they were already closed. I’m literally getting a headache from the amount of salt on this chicken.

Friendly and polite staff. The young lady who served me was . Liver and cooked food for breakfast was spot on. They’ve gotta do better with the portion sizes. The boiled dumplings sizes are ridiculously small..

Wish we lived closer because the food was SO good. I haven’t had Jamacian food other than Jerk chicken before this but the lady was super nice and helpful when making us our plates. We got the chicken foot soup, cow foot, oxtail, rice/beans and jerk chicken. I know it sounds scary but I had no regrets in getting any of it. My husband even ate all his veggies. Thank you guys for being so nice and helpful, if we are ever in town again we will definitely come back.

I really love the food here. Authentic jamaican cooking at a great price! The servers are heavy-handed, the food is frrsh, and you really get a bang for your buck. I would definitely recommend this Jamaican restaurant!
