The place took me back home. I will definitely visit again. Curry goat was good missed the extra kick of Scotch bonnet peppa. Like they have entertainment there especially karaoke. Hopefully I get to sing one day even though I can’t to save my life (lol). It was about 35 mins drive and definitely would like to try the soups soon.

The rice and beans has absolutely no flavor they don’t know how to cook with coconut to make the flavor it’s very bland salt less . I couldn’t even eat it . the meat is sometimes left over from the day before as well I gave them several chances every single time I go I’m not satisfied. A lil diamond in the rough that soothes that homesick feeling being from us north. The spot is chill during the day but when word get out bout how good the food is this jawn finna BLOW. GMom in the kitchen and you can taste it. Had oxtail myself and tried the curry goat and goat head soup too (the soup barely made it to the car once bae tasted it)

The atmosphere was chill. We happening to spot this restaurant by accident and decided to stop in on our way back home. We ordered the curry chicken and goat and we weren’t disappointed. The saffron/turmeric used was a little too much, as it stained everything. However, the overall flavor was good and welcoming, since real Jamaican food is so hard to find around here. The customer service was nice and welcoming as well. I just discovered they are signed up with delivery, so I’ll try that out, since it will be an hours drive for me to and fro.

I had an amazing experience at Irie Diner last night. The food was was delicious, especially the smoked Red Snapper, and the service was top-notch. Our waiter, Cook, was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. The music was perfect for a relaxing evening out. The food is authentic, and I would definitely recommend it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order through Uber Eats, which ended up being canceled (not by me), and the restaurant took it upon themselves to call and cuss me out over something completely out of my control. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Avoid this place if you expect even basic customer service.

This is my second and last time walking in this place – both times leaving without food .
The first time, a Thursday, at 11:30am… understandable why things may not have been ready to serve- customer service was horrible irregardless . The second time was today at 5pm on Sunday…. One of the workers was behind the counter with a beer in hand and the lady in the front was extremely rude and acted as though she wasn’t expecting any customers…. Which by the looks of the place , they don’t see many.
Bring back the days where customer service mattered please . If you’re planning on making any money learn how to be more inviting .
