I’ve visited this restaurant multiple times, enjoying both the lunch specials and the premium menu options. Finding a seat here is quite easy, as the restaurant is conveniently located within a shopping mall, where parking is available and often validated for customers.
The lunch specials are consistently excellent, offering great value at a price of $23.99. If you’re planning to dine in the evening, I recommend trying the premium option for $46.99, which includes A5 Wagyu beef options.
The food quality is very good, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Considering the island’s options, this restaurant offers something unique at a reasonable price point.
However, the service can sometimes be slow, and the staff’s attitude leaves room for improvement. Regardless of whether customers are taking advantage of deals or paying full price, attentive and friendly service should be a standard. I believe the manager should work closely with the staff to enhance overall customer experience.
The restaurant could be a little bit noisy during busy hours.

Overall it was good, but would not go back and would not recommend to others.

We got the 59.95 premium meat all you can eat special. It comes with all the sides and soups. The premium meats were good. We enjoyed the brisket, beef toro, tako, and a few others. Sides like the steam eggs, mandoo, and mushrooms were good, but the japchae, and soft tofu soup were plain. Do not recommend. Our lettuce wrap which we ordered in the beginning came at the end of our time there and our seaweed soup didnt come at all. We were told the kitchen was slam. The side dishes were nothing special. Nothing memorable or tasty.

Service was nice, friendly and helpful, but were chaotic and seemed unorganized. The waiters are not assigned to tables so, we seem some tables come after us, sat and ordered. We had to flag someone for help. At the time we didnt realize the call button was on the seat. Later when we used it and each time we used it, a different person came to help us. Also, if you need a new grill make sure to request it.

The seating was organized but they placed all the families with strollers in one area making it hard for the waiters to circulate through the aisles. What is dangerous, the tables are not fixed to the floor. The gas line is located on one side of the table at the ground level. A flexible hose connects to the gas line to the table. If you move the table to far, you could easily break or loosen the gas line.

Lastly, please review the receipt properly. They include the recommended tipping percentage at the bottom of the receipt. Starts at 18%, what makes it bad, when they bring over the cordless credit card machine-thingy. The 18% add on is a different price. And they have two totals. One for cash and one for non-cash. I don’t like these unethical charges but are seeing them more often at different restaurants.

went for lunch, plenty of seating. got the all you can eat lunch special. The waiter was able to ask the kitchen what food had gluten and what didn’t and was able to accommodate my celiacs.
the cook top was switched out regularly and the food was delicious!

I visited this restaurant recently, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing.

The table was extremely small and uncomfortable. The food was quite average overly salt, with very basic dipping sauces and no real depth of flavor

The service was also lacking. The server only took the order and delivered the food, then walked away without explaining how to eat the set or offering any guidance.

We ordered the $99 Wagyu set, but no one explained the process, which left us confused. Eventually, a male staff member noticed and came over to help because we clearly didn’t know what to do.

I’ve had similar Wagyu-style dining experiences before at much more affordable prices, with better quality food and far better service.

Paying a total of $272 including tip for this experience felt unreasonable the overall experience was comparable to street food that you could easily get to-go.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Not as amazing as other similar restaurants we’ve been to. Our main server seemed to keep forgetting us, but Hannah kept swooping in to take up the slack. Anyone visiting should ask for her if possible. She ran circles around everyone else there. She was much better at describing the better choices also. We had started to feel totally forgotten, until she made it a much better experience

Amazing A5 wagyu, some of the best I’ve ever had. Sides and drinks were good too, and I appreciated the waiters who were very down to earth and gave their honest opinions on what to order. They even gave our table a bit of the garlic jalapeño, which I thought was really nice of them to do that. Overall 10/10 experience and maybe the best meal I had in Hawaii

Food was good and tasty. Chairs were too uncomfortable to sit. We ordered water and ribs several times and it did not come. Worse was the invoice ; they tried to extra charge us with 40 dollars. Claimed it was the fee for credit card. When confronted waiter changed the bill. So pls be aware tourist, make sure what they charge you on credit card matches what the actual invoice is.

Be careful they advertise one price in big numbers on the window, you go in they tell you yes that is the price. When you get a bill it has included tip and credit card surcharge. Than they ask you for another 20% on top.

I don’t have a problem paying surcharge as long as I can see it before I enter.

10% surcharge+ 20% tip ÷ 20% additional tip
Avoid!!! AVOID!!!

Came here for the first time with my friends. I was really tempted to try the all you can eat A5 wagyu package, but I wasn’t too hungry and my friends didn’t want to eat that so we went with the $30 special has limited items. We selected the beef brisket, beef belly, beef skirt, pork ribs, pork belly, and bulgogi. None of the meats were decently marbleized and they were mostly tough. The bulgogi was flavorful, but the meats are all bland you have to rely on the dipping sauce. The beef skirt inconsistently came out in cut up pieces or a whole piece and it didn’t even look like skirt. Overall, great price for food that isn’t super delicious, but it’ll do the job and make you full.

Staff are fast. Lots of tables to dine on. Restrooms are up on the 2nd floor of the business building, but you need the code from staff. Lots of parking in the garage and they validate.

I recently ate at this Korean barbecue spot and it was amazing. The food came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned every cut of meat was on point. The side dishes were super good too and kept getting refilled without even asking.

The service was also great. The staff was friendly, fast, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend if you’re craving some solid Korean BBQ!
