Social Profile:

Named after the Inzolia grape from the island of Sicily, we opened our doors in 2010. Under the leadership of native Italian, Daniele Puelo, we had a desire to bring authentic Italian food to Roanoke, the Unique Dining Capital of Texas, and with his Nonna’s recipes in hand, we did just that.

Bright, family-run eatery with outdoor seats & a bar plating pizza, pasta & Italian entrees.

Inzo is hands-down one of my favorite Italian spots in DFW. The service is always on point, the food never misses, and the experience is consistently a good time—no notes.

I ordered the Salmon Special, thinking I knew what I was getting… but surprise! Instead of a regular risotto bed, it came with fried, cheesy risotto balls Different? Yes. Delicious? ABSOLUTELY. My dining partner went with the Pesto Chicken Pasta (no mushrooms), and let me just say—it tasted just as amazing as it looked.

Shoutout to our server, Fiona, who was super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of all night.

If you haven’t been yet, put Inzo on your must-try list ASAP. ✨

Authentic and fresh Italian fare in the heart of Roanoke. We loved the food and the ambiance. Our server Massimo was phenomenal and took care of us. Plus, the added touch of being from Italy made it a superb dining experience . We’ll be back.

We enjoyed a very casual dinner, just my wife and I. I loved it.
All we had were two dinner salads followed by two appetizers; all done.
The appetizers were fried risotto balls dipped into spicy Arabiatta red sauce, and French fries to dip in a red sauce with Tabasco sauce in it.
I’d recommend this to a couple or a family coming home from a day at the lake.
Delicious.

We went to Inzo Italian Kitchen for Valentine’s Day, and overall I’d give it 3 stars.

The atmosphere was festive and clearly geared toward the holiday, which we appreciated. That said, the tables were *very* close together, and our table itself was so tiny that we constantly had to rearrange plates, drinks, and silverware just to make everything fit. It made the evening feel a bit cramped rather than romantic.

Before going, I checked the online menu and was really looking forward to the veal parmigiana—but was told that online was old and it was no longer available. I ended up settling for the chicken parmigiana instead. Unfortunately, the chicken was tough and chewy, which was disappointing. The strawberry lemonade also missed the mark; it tasted more like powdered Kool-Aid than fresh lemonade.

On a positive note, the crème brûlée was actually very good—nicely caramelized on top and creamy underneath. They also had a free photo booth, which was a fun touch and a sweet way to end the evening.

Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but between the cramped seating and underwhelming main course, it didn’t quite live up to our expectations for a special occasion dinner.

We had a wonderful experience at Inzo Italian Kitchen couple of weeks back. The food was awesome, the service was great and the overall experience was satisfactory.

Apologize for forgetting her name, but our attendant was a great lady who handled the service very well, extra points for her.

The atmosphere of the Roanoke oak street is anyway good all the time and Inzo is a nice part of it. We wanted to dine outside but the weather wasn’t that comfortable for the same and also we had a baby with us.

Coming to the food, the Chicken Marsala was the best of them all and clearly their highlight item out of all the dishes we ordered. Everything else that we ordered was good too. So obviously this stood out as a 5 star evening for us and we will definitely be back as I am a resident of Roanoke.

We order the following item:

Arancini with Creamy Spicy Sauce – $9.99
Crispy Calamari – $12.49
Chicken Marsala – $16.99
Lobster Ravioli – $16.99
Italian Meat Lovers Pizza (M) – $16
Penne Chicken Pesto – $15.99
Shades of Blue – $24

Visited on the advice of my Pops, who’s been here several times and really enjoys the place. Cool little spot with a nice front patio and cozy tables in downtown Roanoke. Solid little Italian joint with good food and pricing and reasonably close to lots of other spots. Looks like a great place to check out on a Saturday night for a casual and cozy dinner.

This place was hard highly recommended by a friend. Drove from Ft. Worth to Roanoke just for this place. I must say the service was great. We ordered the chicken Alfredo and garlic bread with cheese. The bread was good. The Alfredo was bland and the chicken tasted spoiled. Needless to say we left. So when we paid our bill our 2 ice teas cost more than the cheesy bread. Weird huh? Lol
