Finally really good coffee in the US! In more they have delicious vegan cookies and muffins. Their smoothies are delicious, natural and with no added sugar. They offer some really healthy goodies.

The people who work here are very unhappy. And they dont try to hide it. They wear their sleeve and it shows when they take our orders. We’ve been here about 6 times throughout the summer and the only nice person we talked to was the Mexican man who made the best golden broth. Like I get there’s only 3 people that work at a time but its a very small space and like you chose this job. You can leave whenever you want.

I stopped here for coffee an early Friday morning.
I ordered a large latte and a large regular coffee with milk.
The coffee beans used here are really good making the coffee absolutely really good – real tasty.
Make sure to stop here for a cup of coffee. They have a very nice selection.

The place is very clean and organized. I was greeted by a cheerful lady but she wasn’t working. The employee came over after and was somewhat attentive but clearly ready to clock out which I understood. I went with an Açaí Strawberry Banana bowl and…I was very disappointed. Initial introduction—great—but the final product and impression was not lasting especially for the price + tip.

I love Inversion cafe and the studio. The staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. The food is great. A little steep price point wise for the size of the items, but when you create food with healthy ingredients it is to be expected.
I actually wanted to share my experience from this morning. I stopped by after a workout class to fuel up on something healthy to jump start my day. I opted for the kindness bowl, which is one of their acai bowls. I found out that they switched to an acai sorbet, which was an immediate turn-off because it makes me think of a dessert or a sundae more than a nutrient dense and antioxidant rich food. I was just appreciative the woman behind the counter told me in the first place bc I wanted to add pea protein powder to it and she told me it probably wouldn’t turn out well. Then the other gal checked the label to see if there was a bunch of added sugar. While I don’t know the exact amount in the sorbet, I do know it is at least sweetened with agave and not cane sugar. I think the marketing and menu is a little bait and switch bc it does not feel like you’re eating a true acai bowl, but the taste is still delicious. Either way, I just want to commend the two ladies working who were honest and didn’t try to hide the fact that the product was not what many of us are accustomed to when it comes to an acai bowl. It allowed me to enjoy what I ordered without feeling like I was ripped off. Topping were plentiful and yummy! Big fan of the macadamia nuts on top.

I had the honey lavender fields latte with oat milk and they have decaf espresso, an electrolyte mix and an adaptogen bite. They do not currently have shots as the website advertises so that was a bummer but staff was friendly and the drinks and bite were delicious!
