Great combination of creativity, flavors and science! How many times have you seen someone make a hollow sugar ring using levitation? Then doing that up with custard and fancy decorations for a unique dessert? Or using video games to make innovative desert science. Plus everything is made using liquid nitrogen- the ice team included- fresh and on the spot! Definitely a place to visit when in Denver!

It was our first time here and absolutely loved it! Kids and adults had a blast! We were visiting from CA, and our family had brought us here! My absolute favorite was some buttered dessert. It has to be eaten right away so that’s why unfortunately we could not buy it to take home. But we did stock up on freeze dried candy and edible wall paper!
They had a cool glow in the dark room where you could play with neon powder!

Great tutorial/class experience with family and friends! We did the holiday (Sweet Colorado Christmas Story) with many tasters of different desserts. Awesome tasters of unique desserts, our favorites are the the honeycomb and nitrogen ice cream

This was such an amazing experience! The owner and presenter is so engaging and funny! He is so efficient with his organization of how everything runs as well! We highly recommend this to anyone!
